I’ve looked for a really good stylist for a long time now … Jason was the first name that popped up for google search. My hair has been a mess for almost a year now and he got me all the way together and feeling AMAZING again. The power in the hands of the right stylist is phenomenal. The salon has an amazing feel and vibe. So much fun and laughter. I’m so thankful I have found him. He’s just amazing! Thank you so much Jason! Side note : Ale did my up do for a wedding the previous weekend and her beautiful style held up from 13.5 hours … she’s such a sweetheart!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

This is the greatest salon I’ve been to in the US. Allie did a fantastic job on my hair. The salon is clean and the atmosphere is light. The staff get along with each other and they make you feel comfortable. What makes the Twisted Sisters so greatest is their act of love. They go above and beyond other beauty salons. They take their wheelchair and pickup seniors from their cars, do their hair, and take them back to their cars. Beautiful. It’ll be the salon I will routinely visit to get my hair and makeup done.

Had to leave five stars for my girl Ale at Twisted Sisters. She is top tier, one of the best around. The salon itself has so much energy and they can do any job on any person with ease. Super professional work at a super affordable price with super awesome people. :

OWNER JUST WANT TO COME CLEAN WITH THE REPLY WHICH IS TOTAL LIE. Very unprofessional. They don’t value your time . I booked my appointment at 11:30 and waited untill 12:00 still got no service. Won’t recommend this salon to anyone. REPLY FROM OWNER IS TOTTALY WRONG .i’m sure it was 11:30 and now they just dont want to accept it’s totally disgusting it’s not the way to come clean from your mistake. And if it was 12:30 then why nobody corrected me when i told i was there for my appointment for blowout at 11:30 they just said seat and give us 1 minute if they were right they should come with their pride and correct me that you have to wait untill 12:30. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REPLY ALSO. First you made a mistake and then don’t even want to apologise instead you just come clean with saying lie how that’s fair to anybody.

I have been coming to Jason for years, he is great at helping me choose colors and styles. I value his opinion and always leave his chair happy.

I'm leaving this review for my wife, since she's too nice to leave the review the stylist who cut her hair actually deserves. We got multiple reference pictures and even a video of the hairstyle my wife wanted, which was supposed to be an undercut with defined, straight bangs. There were multiple pictures from different angles that thoroughly showed what she wanted. Rather than do that though, the stylist cut her hair in some weird fringe, Beatles-looking mop style that didn't even remotely resemble what she had been shown. She basically completely ignored what my wife asked for and instead just gave her the style she wanted her to have. What was the point of even looking at the pictures and telling her she could do it? Why not just say "I can't or don't want to do that style"? She was very disappointed and I was furious, since I was the one who recommend she go there because I'd heard people talk about how good they were. I could have done a better job myself at home and wish I had. It has taken several months for it to grow back enough to even fix the absolute mess she made of my wife's hair. Being too polite to say anything to this stylist, I had to take her back to demand they at least attempt to fix it. The male stylist working there apologized and attempted to fix it, but there was only so much he could do. He was at least professional about it, but this "Thelma" that originally cut her hair was nowhere to be found. Even he admitted he had no idea why she would do that, considering we had such clear references for her to go by. I'm sure they have some good employees, but I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you have something specific in mind. I've read some other negative reviews similar to mine saying they had a similar experience when asking for a specific style or color job, so this isn't just a fluke problem that only we had with them.

All I had to do was tell Jason to cut it short and thin it out and he did it every time I go to twisted Sister I see Jason the owner which is a family friend and ev6time I am pleased with the cut and style that he does

Definitely do not recommend trying to do a walk in here I was seated 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me then was advised it would be Tuesday before I could get a hair cut here 0/10 for poor customer service and walk ins welcome is such a lie
