A community project in Adrian, Oregon.
Two Rivers is pleased to announce the creation of a community park and community center in Adrian, Oregon between Owyhee Street and Main Street on Highway 201. The properties used for the community center and park are the former Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and the property previously used by the onion packing shed for stacking extra onion bins.
The owners of Two Rivers have chosen to develop the properties into public use areas for the people of the community. At this time, the church has been remodeled to create an office in the north end for the Owyhee Watershed Council. The remainder of the building will soon be available for use by the community for meetings, reunions, receptions, and other events. The kitchen on the south end of the building has been equipped with appliances, as well as some tables and chairs.
Our desire is to create a park that will suit the needs of our community members and provide a place for relaxation and enjoyment in the community.
