I was not pleased with the service that our family received. I wished my grandmother would have chosen a different funeral home. She did not favor herself at all. They could have done a better job with her body, but did not.

Unprofessional. When father passed away and I asked for a quote on what the total price would be it was given after getting everything done the cost was off by approximately $400.Also pertinent info that the family should know was told to an associate of my father prior to the family knowing. I also requested to get a quote for a tombstone a month later I have yet to receive the quote. I wished my father would have chosen a different funeral home. It was a very stressful process dealing with the death of my father and unprofessional establishment.

R. E. Tyler Funeral Home has taken care of several of my deceased loved ones. I was well pleased with the service our family received.

Unprofessional and untimely. Do not recommend giving the lack of care for organization
