It's busy but it's handled well with the team they have on site.. Semaj goes above and beyond for you.. A true delight, great customer service skills.. yesterday I was there and the phones were going crazy and there was a growing line.. All employees there are on point with professionalism and courtesy ... My storage room & truck were both clean..I had ZERO problems... there is a little wait but you have to wait at the nail salon and the hair salon so hey... its worth the wait for this place
I would like to just provide a little insight on my experience last week Tuesday. I called in the morning and spoke with a gentleman named Davonne. I asked about the rental procedure for same day rentals and cost but I must tell you. It was clear he was not happy about being at work. So much so to the point that I had to question if he was ok for it was clear he was not happy about being there He informed me that it would be best for me to go through the website to do the rental for he did not know if any were available for the day. I did do as instructed but I guess when I arrived the same day, it did not get any better for Davonne. Davonne had on no type of uniform so I did not realize until he opened his mouth at which time I realized it was him and called him by name the attitude was still there. Black sweatpants, black hoodie pulled over his head and Ugg slippers on like he just rolled out of bed. He finished taking care of the gentleman before me, finished with me and then after handing me the keys and dolly and showing me the truck pulled off. He never bothered himself to show me how to open up the back, operate the vehicle, help me get the dolly in the truck, nothing. Moreover, there was three of us and never bothered to say there are only 2 seats. No kind of customer service Just nothing. I would say never again but when I returned the truck, there was a young lady there named Shae I think. Thank God for her and her efforts to redeem the situation.
Amazing uhaul location. Shelest was so nice to work with. She was kind, knowledgeable, and really made the uhaul pickup and trailer attachment a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location! They seem to really care, which I can't say of all uhaul locations.
Had no worries until I returned the rental, I got a receipt when I went in to rent at a presumed price, when I returned I was told to leave the truck and they would take care of same, got a bill plus $40.00 no explanation.

Wow is all I have to say. Hempstead has a better uhaul. They get 5stars
Amazing facility, phenomenal, well-trained & well-mannered staff, and fantastic, clean public bathrooms! My one-way rental return went so much better than I expected, thanks to the professionalism of the gentleman working there on a Sunday. Highly recommend this place! #FahimFix

Very helpful with me! Worked with me when I was down,clean bathroom,main area. Prompt service,only complaint is the turnaround time needed to get my U-Box,a little to long, other facilities do on the spot access.
