Worst U-Haul I’ve ever rented from. Wait times are horrible and no one seams to know what there doing. I’ve had three separate people start checking me in n then 75% of the way through they just wander off n someone else takes there place and we have to restart the whole process over again. If you don’t have 3 hours to spare I would not recommend this place.

If Negative ratings were available, I'd give it one. I rented a truck for an 8:30 am pick up. The afternoon before I gathered a call from the North Begen location that my truck for the 5pm pickup was ready. Simply put the Union City location did not have the truck that I had reserved the week before. I had 3 guys coming over at 8:30 to move me. They co.pletetly screwd me. To make matters worse the day of the rental I get a call that my 5pm truck was ready. I told them what they can do with their truck. Horrible company.

the worst place, my reservation said 27.95 and they charge me 62.00, plus the miles and after one week they charge again 5.99

Worst service ever. Not only they canceled my reservation that I had prior, but also they scheduled another reservation at a location 10 miles away without my consent. How is this place still in business? Never again.

I made a reservation on Friday and when I come for pick up a truck on Saturday no reservation was found, that’s very irresponsible and unprofessional.

Made a reservation three days in advance and when I came to pick up the truck the employee says she has no trucks and that reservations don't mean anything......

If you're looking for a place to get robbed "legally" this is the place, you start off with one price and it slowly increases adding and adding tax after tax.

Best customer service around. Fair prices.
