This Branch is temporarily closed and ATM machine needs service, it's not taking deposits and will steal your money and not credit your account till an investigation is carried out. It happened to me may take up to 45 days. Very disappointed in this US Bank Branch.
This bank closed without prior notification to Customers. Supposedly because of Covid. After closing on Saturdays without prior notification.They had forced customers to stand in lines in the heat all Summer long letting us go in one at a time despite our wearing mask. This also happened without prior notification. They assisted us behind particians. Walmart has not closed and other businesses either. I suspect that Covid is an excuse and not the real reason. Customers are now left with only Atm service. This branch is in a poor Black community so it was expendable. What did you base your decision on? Did we not deserve the right to be informed prior to arriving at your location.Expecting to have full service options but instead to find Corona closure notes on the glass that did not mention future reopening. I am sure this is not occuring in White community branches without prior notification. Shame on you US bank. This just another example of US versus THEM.You notified us in writing of other minor change but not this major change. Later I was informed in writing that other branches were open in other communities after I complained on Facebook. I again encourage fellow customers to take this time to permanently change accounts to other banks. A permanently closure at this Us back branch may be coming.Considering how inconsiderate they are to our needs during this Pandemic.
Tellers are slow No drive through but then again it's not a safe area for it. The manager is very helpful and I can withdraw and deposit money from the ATM there So it's very convenient They do have armed guard
lol at the first comment like i think the building was build a long time ago and they didn't put a drive-thru there have nothing to do with the area so try again,
They open half an hour later than the rest of their Banks. Must be because east Cleveland in a different time zone.
Terrible just terrible.
