Everytime my family and I try going to this location it always ends up being a complete hassle. They have envented rules that are contrary to there written rules. I have gone to many other locations and have always been happy. This location acts as if they are upset that you came in. My advice is to fire the entire staff and to start from scratch.
I like to share great experien with US Bank in C.M. on 17th Street. My name is Radim and I’m owner of small business, and appreciate it’s small details in customer service, which is very important to me. Story short I went into the bank just 20 minuets before closing with large amounts of paper bills. Today I get help from Eddie and I like to say thank you for the great service, he even answerd all my questions with 7 minutes past closing time on the clock. Thank you again. Horrible experience with their Mortgage team. Do not work with them. They don't even know their own guidelines. I went through the whole process for over a month with them because they didn't know the details and requirements on their own loans up front. It wasn't until I brought it up that they realized they wouldn't be able to do my mortgage. Work with someone more professional.
Scheduled an appointment with a Banker , very bad and rude . Change your bank .
My last 8 visits to this branch. There atm machine Doesn’t except CASH deposits. Or out of order. I’ve called customer service but it’s just a waste of my time.
