I tried to get a shared account with my girlfriend and was denied for some reason. No explanation why. We got an appointment with someone inside and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Didn't even try anything. I have an amazing credit score and plenty of money. It's like they just didn't want my business, but that's their fault. Banks are bad anyway. This was a good reason for me to move to a credit union. Also, they replaced one of their drive-through ATMs with one that has a broken touch screen. I guess they just don't even care about making sure their business works right
I just walked into the branch in Bridgeton and the foyer smelled like an ashtray. There was only one person handling accounts at the many desks for accounts. I was there to inquire about opening a new business account, I waited for about 8 minutes and saw there was a family ahead of me also waiting. No person to greet or help you as you walk in, no kiosk for telling them why or what you are there for, and it just didn't feel very inviting, or that they at all want your business. Definitely not what myself, or any small business owner would be looking for to handle my business matters. First Community Credit Union had a greeter and a kiosk and multiple people there to help, I'd suggest going there for any small business.
Slowest bank drive thru. Each time I come here it gets slower than the time before. There’s only one person working three lanes. **In response to your comment Heather at US Bank...I went to the ATM first and it would not take the check I needed to deposit. I was forced to go through your very slow drive through due to only one person working three lanes. Why not hire more staff? Clearly you all can see from other user comments this is an ongoing issue at your location.
The wait time is sloooow in the drive-thru. On a Friday, there’s three lanes open including the commercial one, with only 3-4 cars per lane. I’ve been sitting here for over 30 minutes now and just think how long the cars ahead of me have been waiting.
My dad wanted to pay a bill and the lady with a white shirt had a bad attitude. It’s extremely unfortunate that we have to be greeted that way. And, this is the second time we had to go through this mess and the first time we asked for another representative she happily walked away and we were gladly assisted by another person. Thanks to her we left happy. Another week later we come back and it’s the same lady with terrible behavior so we asked for another person and she denied so my father shared his thoughts and we left. We will never come back to this location ever again. It’s like the lady doesn’t want to be there or unless she doesn’t want to assist other ethnicities. Get well. 10:50am 02/26/21
I went to your Bridgeton location on 10/28/2021 a little bit after 4:00 p.m. 4:15 ish - your website clearly states that you are open until 5:00 p.m. which I see was updated - needless to say the cars in front of me were being turned away, because they were closed. It's bad enough having to wait in your drive thru - slowest ever, but then to finally get to the window only to be turned away. Worst ever
The branch manager was very unpleasant. You can tell from his attitude that you are not a valued customer! Please don't use this bank for any of your small businesses needs!
Horrible. The workers here are doing a good job, but they need to hire more. To make matters worse, they closed their Schnucks locations. They used to say “5Star Service…”
Good service. Have pretty great interaction with a majority of the people at this branch. When I had a bad encounter, Caitlyn and Scott were very quick to address it and they were very pleasant to speak with.
The absolute SLOWEST drive through banking I have ever been forced to tolerate. I have never once been through this line in under 15 minutes. I am in the drive through as I type this review even now. Absolutely ridiculous.
