Avoid this bank or this branch! Worst bank I have ever been to so far! Made an appointment with them but when I arrived, the man said he was busy and made me wait about an hour. When I said hello upon arrival, he acted like he was nice and respectful but you can easily tell that he was faking it just to keep his job.
This bank has absolutely been my nightmare. They have a strategy that steals your money which is so disgusting I am a student trying to survive. I wake up with more and more money in my account and then when I spend it I’m in the negatives. They never let me know how much money is actually in my account never. I would understand if this happened once or twice but EVERY DAY. No pls create an account somewhere els.
Worst customer service ever specially from the Steve Urkel look a like. The bank manager is even worse. You guys should look into another profession specially if you can’t deal with people!! Maybe go back and get more training. Will go out of my way so I don’t have to go back to that branch!!
I will drive to St. Charles PNC before I come to this bank. ATM deposit is always out of service so you have to go inside to the ATM which is always temporarily out of service. Very inconvenient if you are looking for fast service.
It seems they like to take advantage of people. I accidentally wrote a check on a closed account- I have a medical condition with memory issues and I fixed that issue before being notified and still got charged a fee- I've been unemployed over a year. I even have a mortgage with them- as soon as my checks Clear Im outta there. Its fine when they screw up your account, Heaven forbid you make a single mistake- you're not allowed to be human. They charge you either way and were rude
I've used many banks and this is the first time I had to sit with a banker to do a deposit. Better then standing in Lin for 40 minutes like at bank of America. Anyway some idiot that dosnt realise that banks have many cameras stole my wallet. I asked the manager for help, I knew they'd review the tapes. She found out who stole my wallet and it's on camera. Everyone at the bank was very nice even though I was obviously frustrated.
The tellers here are rude and argumentative. The Brittany and I think her name was Sheryce or something like that were not welcoming and basically was looking for something to be wrong with the check I was submitting. Sheryce are whatever her name is rudely inserted herself in a conversation I had with another customer with snarky comments. This PNC branch need to fire the whole staff and train a new staff on how to be professional employees. What happened to professional employees with professional, friendly and upbeat attitudes, cause it was definitely not here...
It seems like a great place to bank has a small bank feel with a large bank presence all the bankers remembered my name and were ready to assist me when i came in,The branch manager Angie Fierce sat down with me and helped get me started on a path of financial success. I highly recommend them to anyone for business or personal needs.
The staff here were absolutely pleasant to work with. Thank you, Shermira and Kenya, for such a smooth and professional transaction this morning.
Said they could not give me cash for my rolls of quarters because I wasn't a customer. Couldn't trade me $20 for $20 in quarters. Great job being a bank.
