1 hour wait for a notary while several associates sat idle. Exceptionally disappointed in this level of customer service.
Went in to the Bridgeton branch today to open a new account and take care of some other business. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Nolte. She could not have been any more pleasant or helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that I got everything I needed today as conveniently as possible. Great customer service!
The small parking lot fills up fast. There's usually only a couple of customers inside so I don't know where all these cars come from. I frequently have to park across the street.
Called in the lady on the phone was a little rude. Interrupted me as I was still stating my issue and I didn’t have much left to say, felt as she was rushing me off the phone.
I've banked here for about 7 years or so. It's a good bank, don't usually have many issues at all. Biggest complaints: outside atm not the one up front attached to the building is down a lot. And when you go to the drive up thing where you put your stuff in the tube and send it up, half the time it seems like there is only one person working inside and the wait gets a bit ridiculous. You can sit there for 10+ minutes before anyone in any of the lines moves!
This branch is always friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. They treat us like family.
My son put my credit card in their machine connected to the bank. The machine took the credit card and would not return it. My son went inside to tell one the staff. The staff member was rude and told him to tell me that my credit card is gone and to get another one. I called and talked to another staff member. She stated the machine been having problems. I stated that if it has been having problems why are you letting people use it. She stated it is nothing she could do about it and that I will not be able to get my credit card back. The credit union should be more responsible with the services that they offer.
This is the best credit union. All your needs under one roof. Nothing is too big/too little for this credit union. Excellent customer service.
One of the worst branches I have ever been to. The second worse was when I went to the branch located inside the WalMart in Florissant, MO. I stopped banking with First Community because of the injustices I have experienced by this so called credit union. You file a complaint and it is left unrecognized & unresolved. I only keep my account open because I am forced to die to a loan I'm repaying. After its paid I'm closing my account permanently. Good riddance! The Rock Road branch never has enough staff. Wait times are too long. The ATM machine is always broken for weeks to months. Some of the staff are friendly but others are fake, rude, sarcastic & snobby. Maybe if I was of a different ethnic group the experiences provided by this credit union might've been different. I gladly took my banking elsewhere!
