Had a fantastic experience with the staff here. Treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. The physical therapy department was amazing. Everyone from the time you enter the door was upbeat, helpful and welcoming. I had 3 different therapists during my time and each were great. Won't forget reggae Friday. Even called me in person for my birthday. Top marks for everyone! And I highly recommend them

Usually, everything is smooth, quick and easy, however, this last visit was a disappointment. I was told to return at anytime on the following day for my employers required documentation to be filled out. The next day when I arrived, the specialist office door was locked, so I went to the main lobby to inform them I needed the paperwork. I waited for 45 minutes before witnessing the scramble from behind the counter as they tracked down my documents and then started to fill them out. When I got home, I reviewed the forms before submitting to my employer only to discover they had put end dates in the start date place and Vice versa, hopefully this does not cause any issues with my being able to return to work after recovery.

Last minute rush to get my DOT physical done called I had spoke to Cynthia she said hurry up and get in there we'll get it done today. Walked in not super busy she helped me with my electronic application I was in and out a little under 90 minutes. Lucky day not too busy at the time. Had to return the next day to turn in some paperwork they were very very busy Cynthia noticed me waiting in line pulled me to the front expedited my paperwork in a matter of minutes and I was off to DMV done thank you Cynthia for all your help you are awesome. And the rest of the staff was great also.

Front office staff were so hostile, you don’t get a welcoming feeling to the environment at all. Also wait times are ridiculous ! I’ve been to many urgent cares and this one by far the worst waiting time even for the simplest of visits. Back office staff were great though very friendly and straight to the point, however waiting for a Dr to come to your exam room, might as well sit back and put on some Netflix because they take just as long as waiting in the waiting room

The minute I walked in the door I received the best and politest service ..these girls answer their phones even when they are busy ..have the best professional attitude. The back office nurse was amazing with my drug test and 2 physicals I needed. Also the pa was very thorough in my exams . I was sent to Murrieta but they never picked up there phone and the San Bernardino facility I heard had my colleagues doing extra on their simple exams ..I urge every one to come here to this location.

The staff at this location are the best. I have been sent hear to drug screen for multiple job offers and it’s always an easy process not to many forms to complete and even when it’s busy it’s not so bad. They always do good job of getting you in and out quickly.

Great!!! Friendly receptionist kind and courteous M.A .Tony way to go. Physicals can be stressful but he made it easy. Be aware this clinic does take walk ins so bring your patience and chill.

Went for a pre-work physical, thought the wait would be long, but I was complete with my walk-in in about an hour’s time. Dr. Butler was so nice & had a wonderful bedside manner. Valerie in front was also pleasant & so were the other front desk workers. Highly recommend!

Been sitting here four hours for a simple urine test and physical. I've watched everyone that came in after me, fill out their paper work and then another set of paperwork, go in before I did. I asked twice about my status but apart, five people before me took 2 hours. Still don't make send that even people only taking a urine tests went before me. Still sitting here at 2pm. Came in at 10am. Absolutely ridiculous. A physical takes how long, 5-10 mins? How long does it take to pee in a cup? Jesus.

Dr Fenison and his office staff have been wonderful treating me for a Worker’s Comp injury in the last few months. Always professional and followed through with the plan of care we discussed. I have to specifically recognize his front desk office staff, Aymara, she is amazing and keeps that office running smoothly. She is respectful and helpful in English and Spanish. She remembers everyone’s name and why they are being seen. It is clear she goes above and beyond for the patients and truly is concerned with our needs.
