They don’t take my insurance which is a bummer, but my last visit was paid for by a place I intend to volunteer for and I just needed a simple blood draw. The facility was clean, the staff was nice and the nurse was good at drawing my blood. My vain busted but that wasn’t due to anything she did wrong. I’ve had a lot of blood draws on the same spots lately. overall a great experience.

All of staff were very professional and friendly . Everyone was helpful and they got me right on back and had me out in no time . I expected a long wait , but it was nothing to complain about , I would definitely recommend this business. Doctor was friendly and very professional also, an even sparks a nice conversation with ya , to help make the process much quicker .

Got there early in the morning for a urine test for work, waited 2 hours before they called me back! Sat in office for 2 hours trying not to pee my pants! Should be a better system of urine screens and amount of time you have to wait. And prior to that I went for a dot physical, was told I would wait for an hr and a half, the hour and a half past and at 2 and a half hours of me waiting I had to leave to pick up my son from school! Very polite staff but not worth the long waits!!

Five stars for being friendly Five stars for the nurse that helped me get to my car with a fractured foot Five stars for a friendly dr.  1 star for telling me when I actually am suppose to wear the boot  they gave me or how to wear it properly.  One star for telling me I needed to see an orthopedic specialist but never actually calling me with the referral I needed to do so like they said they would.  Workman's comp was nice enough to help me around that.  So if you need friendly service more so than care and don't mind doing everything else yourself. Here's your place.

I went in with a fever that wouldn’t resolve with medication and was treated quickly and thoroughly. I had swabs, chest X-rays and other tests to find out what was making me so sick. The doctor went as far as calling my own pharmacy and ensuring they had the specific antibiotic I needed. I have never felt so safe and sure in an urgent care. I also received follow up calls on my progress. I’m super impressed and floored by the caring staff and doctor. Thank you!

All staff is always so nice and helpful. Was in and out for a drug screen and Kaila greeted me with a cheerful smile upon entry. Sherry was very friendly and helpful and did my drug screen. All around great experience.

I went to Concentra urgent care for a respiratory issue. I was seen quickly. The doctor who saw me was caring and concerned about the wheezing in my lungs. They tested me for all the usual things. I had a breathing treatment and a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia. Everything came back negative.  Dr. Mark gave me a prescription and told me to see my regular doctor for a follow up. The next morning Dr. Mark called to see how I was feeling and asked if I was able to get my prescriptions filled. I highly recommend Concentra Urgent Care.

The staff were courteous despite the unfavorable conditions of the weather that day. The facility was salted and plowed which was very helpful. I found the facility comfortable and all that I needed and required was there. Keep up the great work and may you have a happy new year

Greeting: Unfriendly Wait time: 2 hours just to get taken to the little room for more waiting. Total visit time 3 hours. Seen maybe 20 minutes total. Care: Poor* I was badly hurt and actively bleeding. No First Aid-At all! Just an x-ray.  At least the x-ray technician was very nice.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic! I arrived a bit after noon on a Tuesday, and I was greeted by two cheerful staff members at the front desk. Both staff members assisted me with my process to get a Drug Test, and a Dot Physical Examination. I do have to say though it was a bit of a wait, but they staff was very friendly and attentive in keeping me updated on when I was next up to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was funny and very helpful kept a good eye contact and was very patient and thorough while going over my physical. So if you are looking for a friend environment and all around great service as long as you don’t mind waiting tops an hour, because it’s first come first served unless they have urgent patients needing immediate consultation, then this clinic is for you. Yes I had to wait about 45mins to an hour an a half, but time flew by watching their tv that had home remodeling shows on lol I just wouldn’t recommend coming here think you’ll get out in 30mins come when you have a free schedule then you won’t stress about the time so much.
