This Post Office is located in a temporary building behind Paty's Restaurant. The gps addy is 4529 Clybourn Ave. The space is small but the employees are friendly & efficient. Local residents, biz & boxholders are extremely grateful for our small but mighty post office. But if you need something larger I suggest the PO on Hollywood Way.
Overall good experience at this USPS. The lady at the window was nice the second one who came up and tried to order everybody around needs to stay in the back. If there is a line you actually have to walk past everybody to go to the far end where the Post office boxes are located, which is kind of contrary to staying safe in COVID times but that's how they do it here. I was in and out pretty quickly which is the reason for 5 stars. Parking is tricky here, good luck.
The post office is gone currently there’s just a big excavated hole in the ground for that whole block. No notification you will just wind up going there and find out it’s not there after using it for at least 10 years. Also, no notification on the surrounding fence or anywhere else that the location has changed or to go to a different post office. You can tell it’s government run.
This is to let Google know that the directions to Toluca Lake post office were bad. The post office has been torn down.
I love this tiny post office in my neighborhood. easy to get in and out and the automated stamping machine is awesome.
Despite the minuscule amount of parking spots there are a few in back and besides that you have to park on the street, I love this little neighborhood post office because I can access my PO box 24 hours a day. I love that I get emailed when I get a piece of mail in my box, with an image of the mail scanned, so I don’t have to visit when my box is empty. Overall I am very happy with this arrangement. It feels like home walking in here.
The girl was super nice and has great customer service skills. I forgot her name Lilian or starts with L for sure Also as soon as we walk in a kind men help us to choose priority mail over other one because I was sending passport and important documents.
Employees have always been super nice. I love the guy who stands there and sees you have prepaid packages and he takes the boxes with a smile on his face. The only reason for 4 stars is because the parking is kind of crazy. Behind the post office it's tandem parking so be careful not to pull all the way in or someone else will park behind you and block you in. In general, I have always found parking in the back lot, but I don't like the tight parking. Don't bring a big truck. Small cars are just fine.
This post office doesnt exist. Thanks for wasting my time.
Updated: 2.7.22 - The package arrived late to the destination and I have yet to receive a refund. Currently trying to track down a package that we paid extra for to have delivered by a certain date for an important event. Time so far on calls and hold… an hour.
