This branch refuses to answer their phone. They lost a package and marked my issue as resolved without contacting me at all, or finding the lost package. I have to call to get more information and it will ring anywhere from 1 to 4 minutes and eventually just disconnects. I just want to resolve the lost package and they’re making it impossible.
I waited in line for about 15 minutes to just pick up an item at the pick-up counter. I asked the old guy who was working at the counter if someone could come out to help. He replied that I would be helped and that I was on camera - and he was quite snarky about it. This Post Office needs a revision of personnel and/or training in customer service. They are forgetting that we are first and foremost paying customers.
I highly appreciate the job that post office staff do. They work till 6pm. It is super convenient and they are friendly and funny. Thank you guys!! Parking is big. Recommend!!
Don't come here for passport. The Asian lady who is in charge is the worst mean no customer service rude. I give her a 0 star. Seems like she doesn't like her job. If she is rude and mean she shouldn't be working.
Huge post office. Serviced all my needs. But they did not have not enough people working and lines moved slow. It stays busy but should not be. It did offer the view of beautiful women that los Feliz has to offer.
Today's Experience was a day to remember for the years to come, and from this point forward will stay away. The passport associate aka B**** was so effin rude. At one point it she was only nice and pleasant to other Asian's. Lowkey she was being a little racist. None of the people who work there gave or had good vibes. It felt as if, it was an inconvenience to having th need to mail our items or jumm. She literally told someone "what you looking at". To me those be fighting words. Idl what's up with this place but I've been to the Compton location and there much more respectful than this place location. The one star was by accident, there shouldn't be a star.
It is difficult to get into and out of the parking lot. The lines are always long. Every single postal worker I have encountered at this location has been rude to me. I wouldn’t use this location if there was another option nearby.
Worst of the worst , DO NOT go there for passport , I have never write bad comment before in my life but this time I must , the Asian lady from Hell , it’s her duty to assist people doing passport , but this lady from hell, she has human body but no soul , I got there 5 mins earlier before my appointment, she said I have to wait ,she’s not ready , I told her I’m helping an elderly woman to renew her passport, she’s in her 80’s and has leg pain, she can’t stand very long , but this hell’s lady told me , “u still have to wait” , where is her spirit? When all others usps agents are all doing theirs best to service customers, one rotten fish , get rid of her would be wise , she is disgrace to be working with usps , since she doesn’t seem happy at all working , then don’t , stay home and stare at yourself in the mirror at home, what happened to your good clean conscious?
Worst experienced! Don’t go there for passport, the lady in charge is very rude asian I don’t know if she’s chinese or thai. She don’t know how to treat nicely to her customer. It’s like she’s not happy with her work. Never smile, her face looks angry/mad. If you are not happy to your work why don’t u resign easy
Go somewhere else for passport related items. The woman who handles it here is brash, unfriendly and refuses to thoroughly explain anything. If you try to ask for clarification, she is not nice and will seemingly outright ignore you until you ask 2 or 3 times. I tried to be friendly, but this woman is miserable and she shouldn't be facing customers.
