I came here yesterday to apply for my passport, everything looked clean, nice not so many people on the line. Waited for about 5-8 minutes and I was helped by Gerardo. He was very friendly and helpful throughout my appointment which didn’t take long as well. Never had this great experience in any other postal service. I’m gonna start coming to this location from now on. Thank you Gerardo!
Today, I had the pleasure of visiting the post office to renew my passport, and I can't express how grateful I am for the outstanding assistance I received from Gerardo. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a complicated passport matter, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. His professionalism, patience, and expertise were evident throughout, and he took the time to address all my concerns with utmost care. Thanks to Gerardo's dedication and remarkable customer service, I can confidently say that this post office stands out from the rest. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need, and I can't thank Gerardo enough for his exceptional support! 5 Star!
Do not waste your time coming here. Find another USPS location. There was one employee working on a Friday. I waited in a line of 10+ people for 30 minutes to send out a package. No A/C running when it’s 90F outside.
If you are in a hurry than definitely do not come to this post office. The workers are really slow, there is always a line of 3 to 5 people in line and most likely you will be standing in line for 30 minutes if not longer. The post office only has 1 person helping customers in line. The place is dirty and very outdated. The parking is all meter parking and the ticket enforcement is literally walking back and forth to issue ticket soon as time has expired. If you can I highly recommend that you stay away from this location and go to a different post office.
The staff is terrible, they work slowly. I wanted to send a letter, but they didn't have envelopes. I stood in line for 20 minutes, they gave me envelopes, then I had to fill them out, but all the pens were stolen. When I came back for a pen, this crazy lady told me seven times that she wouldn't talk to me because she had a customer. When the customer left, she just closed her window. Outrageous, I hope she gets fired soon.
Like Kaveh, I have had two packages stolen from the USPS totally well over $2000. It’s definitely more than fishy that this is happening to other people in the area. USPS should definitely look further into. I’ve also heard this issue with other residents of my apartment building. It’s odd this usps is losing so many packages. Get your packages shipped from anywhere else.
This branch can be very understaffed at times and the wait can be around 15 minutes or so, but if you have the pleasure of Joyce helping you, it can make the wait worth it. She is very sweet and thorough, and answers any questions you may have.
I wish I caught the name of the lady at the counter when I went to check the status of the package. I had previously called the USPS headquarters, and gave them my package tracking number and was told to go to this post office and ask to pick up the package. I go to the post office and I tell the lady at the desk my situation. She was INCREDIBLY rude, when I was just trying to figure out what it is i need to do to get my package back. She would not let me finish a sentence and then refused to speak to me. she made me cry
I should have read the reviews before I got a PO box here. I'm 5'1 and they gave me a po box at the very top so I have to get assistance opening the Box and getting my mail out. They have parcel lockers that are supposed to be in use for packages for people who have PO boxes but they do not use them. Instead you do have to wait typically 15 to 30 minutes in line just to retrieve your package. They really need to hire more people to work the windows due to the amount of traffic they get. Don't setup a passport time here either...that takes for forever. They have one self shipping machine which no one can tell is there because they hid it in the corner. They need a greeter or door worker to help people so that it cuts down the time getting to a window.
A horrible experience that left me in tears. My husband and I were supposed to hear from this post office about a case involving a damaged package by our local mail carrier. The case was closed but no one had contacted us, so I decided to go in person today to see if someone would help. The woman I spoke with, Joyce, berated and harassed me to the point that I left that post office crying. She would tell me their process for complaints and when I would just try to explain that we never heard from anyone I was met with insults rather than help. She talked over me and never addressed my response but rather insulted me and told me to leave. Not once did I raise my voice, but I felt as though she was purposely trying to escalate the situation. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was horrendous. I understand they deal with all kinds of people, but this behavior was genuinely unwarranted. I just wanted some help. I've been in customer service too and have no idea how someone can get away with this.
