Lucas was AMAZING. Not only did he have a professional attitude and great technical knowledge, but he was also able to multitask and help many other customers. And of course, my phone's screen is replaced and good as new!

Every time I come in its always a great vibe. Lucas is a very nice guy that goes above and beyond. The young lady that helped me was also amazing. They told me 3 hours to pick up my device and it only took 1. Thanks guys

Came in with the origin of having to wait a week fine with that as it was no rush and they fixed my screen in less than 24 hours. Like couldn’t ask for better service! Sam was extremely helpful. Ebony was great as well

Editing my review, after picking up my phone. I was told a different price when I went. After him doing “research” for parts he said it would be $150. Um what? For a moto phone?  Don’t waste your time on reviewing this location as they will not validate anything on the wheel you spin. They want the reviews for business but are not willing to keep customers happy.  I asked for a manager and was told there is no manager at this location. I asked for warranty coverage and stated you should get an email. How are you gonna work at a location and not know the warranties for what you are fixing? I definitely will NEVER return and will definitely put a word out about this location. I would give ZERO stars.

Absolutely disappointed with the service I received at this store. I brought in my PS5 for repair, and was assured that it would be diagnosed within 7 days. They also committed to updating me via a phone call within that time frame. However, not only did I not receive any updates, but by the 9th day when I had to call them myself, my PS5 was still not fixed nor fully diagnosed. What's worse is they couldn't even provide a realistic ETA for when it would be done. They then claimed they needed an additional week, once again promising to call me back with an update. To my frustration, they failed to do so again after waiting an additional 10 days.  After over two weeks of being left in the dark, I took matters into my own hands and retrieved my still-damaged PS5 to seek service elsewhere. The lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, and their inability to meet their own timelines were completely unprofessional. I highly advise others to think twice before entrusting this store with any repairs. I, for one, will never use their services again.

This place makes you feel like you are Important. They fixed our phone in a few hours. The are awesome always come here. This is our 3rd time. Alex was amazing and helped a lot.

Cell phone dropped off for a simple screen replacement repair techs words. Said it would be a day turnaround, and it turned out to be a two day chase. Showed up the next day as instructed only to be told he needed 30 more minutes. Okay, with that, as we grabbed a bite to eat. Came back an hour later and was told they needed the rest of the afternoon. Called the next morning and didn't get an answer. Showed back up later on the third day and finally got it back. There was no explanation and / or even a discount.

Samsung set up an appointment for a repair at this place. When I arrived they couldn't find any of that info so I had to give it all again. They didn't have the part and said they would order it.  After waiting two weeks I called for an update and turns out they never ordered the part and ask me to wait another week. That goes by and I gave up and took my phone to Best Buy and got it repaired same day. This place was such a waste of time.

I was a little worried at first, but pleasantly surprised. It appears they are under new management. Came to this location about a year ago with an appointment to find it closed. This time was much better. They fixed my daughter's phone quickly and under the estimate given. Even though it was locked up 45 minutes after opening, the staff apologized and opened right away. It looked like an honest mistake. This location has plenty of parking, and I am likely to visit again.

I made an appointment and I drove over 1 hour to get there. When I showed up they told me they do not have the screen to fix my phone and they would have to order parts it would be a few more days before I could take it back in I took off work lost money, not only that but they would not honor the price that they gave me during my quote they wanted an extra $95 for taxes and fees stay away from this place it is a waste of time they do not value their customers or your time
