I went here with high expectations to get good care. The visit itself was great and the doctor was knowledgable. However, when I called later to get medication for a UTI which as most people know is urgent, they insisted that I drive to another location and drop off a urine sample. I was so frustrated because the doctor promised she would call in the antibiotics if I needed them. The woman I spoke to on the phone was uncaring and robotic. During my original appointment the doctor told me I could easily message her but it's impossible to speak to her again without an appointment. This whole thing originally cost me over 500$ and resolved absolutely nothing. I called my primary care doctor and she called in the antibiotics and asked me to come drop off a sample afterwards when I was feeling a bit better, which to me seemed much more reasonable. If you're looking for help with basic issues like a UTI I recommend saving your time and money and using a service like Wisp or calling your primary care doctor. Women's healthcare providers need to do better. Especially at this moment in history.

similar situation: I called with severe UTI , a triage nurse called me back a few hours later and said a doctor would call me back. Its a week and I'm still waiting..... not impressed with customer responsiveness
