The Office of Gift Planning at Scripps Health Foundation provides resources for donors who want to support Scripps Health though planned gifts
Gift Planning is the process of thoughtfully selecting - from a menu of gift giving opportunities - a charitable gift that will not be fully realized and received by Scripps Health until after the donor's passing.
Typical planned gifts include:
* Bequests through wills and trusts;
* Beneficiary Designations of Retirement Accounts, Life Insurance and Commercial Annuities;
* Life Estates with Remainder Interests to Scripps Health;
* Charitable Remainder Trusts for appreciated assets such as stocks, mutual funds and real estate;
* Charitable Gift Annuities;
* Life Estate Gift Annuities for residences, vacation homes and farms;
* Pooled Income Funds;
* Deferred Charitable Gift Annuities for Retirement Funding;
We also welcome gifts of real estate
All gifts are subject to corporate approval
