I've been going here for a little over a year and I love the coaches and other students in the classes. Everyone is positive and having a fun time while working hard. This gym will challenge you even if you are seasoned martial artist. I've been practicing Taekwondo for around 25 years. Going to UFC gym has made me feel like a white belt again which is exactly what I wanted. To be a student learning fresh new things. It's a very exciting journey.
I toured this gym as a tag along with my brother, and couldn't take my eyes and ears off of Jordi, he's very knowledgeable so beautiful and on top of that, he's kind. If I lived in Lone Tree I'd join this place based on him! thanks for the tips Jordi!
I’ve been a member for several years and have never been disappointed in the classes, coaches, and performance of UFC Gym Lone Tree. Coaches are experts and have expertise in any area of physical activity you desire. I like the classes and the personal training as well. They also add free self defense seminars especially helpful for anyone less experienced. Member friendly.
Back during the beginning of covid, the gym shut down like all of the others. BUT, they still charged me 2 months AFTER it was closed, and when I contacted them about it they said "we're going through a hard time and would love your money even though it's impossible to use the facilities". They treated me like an ATM and acted like they were the only people struggling, meanwhile i got laid off. I cancelled immediately, requested a refund that took weeks to come in, and never. Went. Back. Don't go here, they only want your money.
My Children train here and They Love their Coaches Clay and Leo and All the Staff. It's warm and inviting and you are treated like Family whether you sign up for classes or want to do your own thing. There's no one looking at you or watching youwhich I Love!!!! Everyone is here to get their workout in. There's tons of support from The Workout Coaches and Trainers; If You have a goal they WILL get you there because they are super knowledgeable and certified. I will be joining Myself and can't wait to transform this foodie gut before the summer. Great Place Highly Recommend Need More Stars
The staff here is amazing. They are so helpful and will get you into a great work out. The equipment is always clean and in perfect working order. I’ve seen substantial gains in my strength and fitness in a short time.
Wow! This is the BEST workout I’ve ever received. As soon as I came in, I signed up with a Personal Trainer who is changing my mindset, strengthening my will, developing endurance, and getting me toned and big! The gym is immaculately clean and well kept. They keep the temperature moderate and not too cold or hot. The other class instructors are kind and compassionate while driving you hard to results. And, the UFC Trainers have a calm yet Beast-Mode to them that I’ve never seen. If you want “next-level” training for the fight of your life, or just keeping up with your kids on the slopes this winter, THIS IS THE GYM! ~Realtor Clinton Porter
I was a member a couple years ago, and I took some time off, and I have recently returned. Some different faces, some of the same faces, but everyone here is really awesome and very supportive. Love being around this gym, great energy, great fitness classes available, some really good fighters around for training. highly recommend it.
It’s my favorite place to go! All great instructors every class I’ve taken in two years, one on one’s are fantastic, and a clean gym with great equipment that’s well maintained. All this at a reasonable price too. Best money I’ve probably ever spent! Lost weight, feel great, and hope to keep boxing for the rest of my life!
The instructors are very knowledgeable and professional, and some even compete at a high level. My friends and I did a boxing workout with Aysha and she did an outstanding job teaching us how to hit with more power by rotating and using our legs. This is a great UFC gym because it can tailor workouts from beginner to advanced level. Finally, I was impressed with how clean the facility is and the high quality of the equipment.
