UHR LEASE IT LOVE IT OWN IT

The bed we rented was decent but if your behind they will not work with you. I was 10 days behind and messaged today because I got a threat of legal action for being 10 DAYS behind and said I’d either pay this week when I got caught up with my bills or I’d find something else and return it. Apparently the delivery people show up while I wasn’t home, knocked on the door and hid out of sight to where no one could see they were at the door, my boyfriend opened the door and they pretty just came right in and took it even though I had messaged. I don’t get good service at my house most of the time. So I guess if you’re late they want to say they are taking legal action against you through Facebook messenger.

Jessica and Shayla provided great customer service! I bought a couch without seeing it. I got there and it didn’t fit my needs. So they were finding something that suited me better, they were very patient with my indecisiveness and I ended up with a couch that I absolutely loved. Would definitely come back.

I went in to just look and see what they had. I had never heard of them before. The staff was super helpful and great attitudes. My sales guy Cris really made the experience great. He helped so much! He worked really hard to make sure I was happy with what I got. I will definitely be back when I need something else, and I will absolutely recommend this store to anyone who has the need!

Jessica was amazing! She was so polite and very helpful with all of our questions. She is a very hard worker and was great at multitasking. The phones were ringing off the hook and she was able to help us and handle the customers on the phone! Edit: this place is horrible and their products dont work. Went through over 4 fridges. Lost so much food. And wouldnt refund us. Gave us a broken recliner instead. Dont ever go here. Oh also some of their stuff has bugs. First fridge had bugs and we made them come take it and clean it

I have leased a Mac book from UHR and I love it. The customer service that I received was the best. The sales rep was great. She took her time to explain to me the contract, and explain how everything will work. Definitely will be telling my friends and family....
