Came here to get some products for my son’s hair. I’ve been multiple times and the service has been excellent. Being a man with a bald head it’s kind of hard for me to say what’s good or bad for someone’s hair but the women here have been on point with the recommended products. Thank you for help tonight and the awesome customer service I’ve received other times I’ve come.
I had a horrible time with Ulta online and several store with HORRIBLE customer service but this was one of two store that were great, absolutely outstanding service, Both Sierra and Sophie gave me the customer service and all customer deserve Would highly recommend the Wenatchee location, Thank you ladies make Christmas in my home special

This Ulta is nice, clean and well stocked. The girls upfront greeted me with a friendly hello and I was able to find what I needed. This location is smaller than my local Ulta but it is easy to navigate. I didn't need help in finding the products I wanted but if I did, there were no employees on floor to help that I could see...
The store is clean and well stocked. However if you choose not to give them your phone number they Apparently think it's acceptable to treat you like c*** as you're checking out. It's all good I'll spend my money at Sephora
Good staff and many options, a nice lady helped me find just the right things.
It was my first there. I went in to get my hair dyed and styled. Spent the whole day there and looked at the store after. Very overwhelming looking at ALL the beauty stuff, but It was pretty awesome!
Great store! all the employees were wonderful but, there was this one person in particular that did not give off the same experience. I don’t know what position this lady works, Blixa or whatever her name is, she was not disrespectful to me but to one of her coworkers. Right in front of a customer to make matters worse. Poor girl, she looked embarrassed and honestly I would even be embarrassed myself. Teamwork should never look like that.
