Best experience with Ulta yet. Joe helped me find facial and hair products. She was friendly and knowledgeable. By far the best Ulta I have EVER been to. She was walking around asking if anyone needed help. At first I was a bit hesitant as I usually get no help at all or someone who reads the bottle I can do that myself. She really did know her stuff!
“Sophia the so called manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional- I would drive 30 more minutes to another Ulta then go the this store who falsely advertises sales on shelves where it does not qualify and then instead of apologizing or rectifying says nothing but oh yeah I will take it down. Get some qualified professional managers instead of ppl with no professional experience of customer service. She didn’t have a badge that said she was a manager so I wouldn’t put it passed her if she was pretending.
Mackenzie is an amazing stylist, gave me exactly what I wanted, and had a great energy for the appointment. I’m beyond happy with my hair and definitely recommend seeing her!
Mackenzie at the Ulta Salon was absolutely great! I went to her for a hair gloss to a desirable color after a bad experience at a different salon. She was really helpful at immediately booking my appointment and suggesting what would look best on me. Will absolutely be going back.
Staff were very rude. Had a return, claimed that although they saw my reward account and purchase, this item wasn’t on it it was and offered a 2$ credit on a 27$ bottle of shampoo. They made no effort to figure out what the issue was. This was the first time I’ve ever returned anything and the last time I will walk into one of their stores.
If I could give her a hundred stars, I would! Turquoise in the Salon is truly gifted at doing black hair and made me feel literally transformed. My once thin and raggedy hair looks so cute and is styled in a way that seems manageable at home. She LISTENED to what I wanted and delivered everything I needed, too. No sales pitch, but I genuinely love the products she used that the store stocks. And what a beautiful, kind person as well. Please, if you're looking for a person to take care of you, book an appointment with her today. And I appreciate that I didn't have to wait at all; she started on time and focused on me the whole, entire time. Her portfolio on Instagram brought me in the store but her exceptional service made me book the follow up, in advance. I'm not just a fan, I'm a full-on air conditioner!
I had an amazing experience getting my hair done at the ulta salon! Everyone was very friendly and my stylist slayed my hair @hairbykenziemichele she did exactly what I wanted! 10/10 recommend
In store customer experience was horrible. I couldn’t shop and take my time, without being followed around the store; it was very upsetting. I was also approached by someone on the floor, who took my item from me and said she had to take it to the register as “company policy”…. wow. I did regretfully purchase $100 worth of items, only because I needed them for the upcoming week; however, I left the item that was placed behind the counter, behind the counter. I will never return or shop here again. I was definitely racially profiled and it was a terrible feeling. Women of color, please be prepared to be treated like a criminal if you decide to shop at this establishment.
