Uma Pain and Spine

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for over 4 years. Dr. Patel has one of the kindest hearts that I’ve ever seen in a physician. She explains things and talks to me like she is concerned. There are some people one in particular on her staff that is very rude, but as a person she is a sweet doctor.

Dr Patel and her staff take very good care of me. I can pop in for a numbing shot and return to work the same day. This is her private practice so she is steadfast on the safety and care of her patients.

AWFUL PLACE! Never received any pain “management”. $20 every time I drove into parking lot. Shots VERY ineffective. So sick from pain meds; called but was told “no provider in office”. She’s the only one at this clinic. Was told I would get one procedure but never did. Was told on a Tuesday that my insurance had not paid since 4 months ago! I waited well over an hour for her to do NOTHING. So hot I could not breathe, and I’m never, ever hot. Then! I was called RUDE because I had to wait ANOTHER 30 min just to get a med returned that had made me so sick. Giving one star only because that was the lowest rating that I was allowed. Never ever again.

I saw the lady Dr. Patel and was extremely pleased with her knowledge and how she treated me. She took her time and really listened to my pain description and gave me options to consider. Highly recommend her!

Great doctors and staff. Very friendly. You do not have to wait past your appointment time..if you do..only very few minutes. The doctors explain everything, they do not rush you and answer every question you have. I would recommend going here to anyone who has back and spine problems.

This is the absolute worst doctor i have ever came across in my life... If you're really/ truly are in pain please do you yourself a favor and find yourself a different doctor...

Went there for 3 years and no results shots didn’t work and still hurting and worse I would not recommend

Poor customer service if I could give it zero stars I would They call u 2hrs after your appointment time and there is no one else in here smh

Not impressed at all with the staff or doctor.

They r not compassionate about pain .i have been going there and they wouldn't give me anything for pain.
