Dr Jennifer is the best! She’s great with my teenage son. And the receptionist for coming and checking out are so nice! Especially the receptionist for checking out, she’s so kind and personable. We have accidentally missed a few appointments and they have been nothing but kind and understanding. I recommend this practice to anyone in need of an ent!

Dr. Stinson’s PA, Jennifer, is quite possibly one of the best providers I have ever encountered. She was always right on time to our appointments, up to date on my information, and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Stinson on the other hand was disappointing. She didn’t seem at all interested in my case and took three days to respond to any concerns after my surgery. I would not go back.

I ALWAYS get great service from everyone in Dr. Jarvis’ office. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and have an answer to all of my questions. Her nurse, Lois, is always on top of what is happening and will return calls quickly. No matter how busy she is, she is always friendly and doesn’t make me feel like a “bother”. Dr. Jarvis is THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. She very quickly responds to messages on MyUNCChart. During office visits, she is thorough, even funny at times, and welcomed me immediately. She has suggested many forms of treatment for my autoimmune disorder. She explains everything so that even I can understand! Highly recommended! Love that office team!

I have called the office twice on my breaks from work to schedule an appointment. Both calls were sent to a message line. They have called me 3 days in a row to schedule the appointment at the same time each day, even after a better time option was left via message. I call back today only 1 hour after her third call. Her message stated I needed to call back to either schedule or cancel the need for the appointment. The message did NOT insinuate that I would be unable to schedule an appointment because I missed the 3rd call attempt. Apparently I have been removed from their computer system and I am now required to get another referral from my physician to start this process all over again. So my rating is based on policy and rudeness from the receptionist. I will be asking for a referral from my physician again but it won’t be to this office!

I have delt with a feeling of having something stuck in my throat since age 12. I am now 57. Through my life I have had MRI's, xrays, tonsilectomy, endoscope, and swallowing test with no results or relief. I seen Dr. Ghaib. She listened to me. She examined me and we came up with a possible diagnoses. Eagles syndrome. Who every heard of such a thing. She knew. I am so greatful for God sending me to her. I cant wait to see how it is to swallow and feel normal.

What a joke this place is. It has had an office in Roanoke Rapids NC for a very long time. Now it does not. The people in the area have no other ear nose or throat specialist here and have to find transportation to travel to Rocky Mount to see the doctor and the audiologist. If you are hurting you still have to make an appointment. Well hopefully by the time the appointment is you will be well. Thanks for leaving us hanging here in RR.

Seen Charles T. Phillips, PAC for several ongoing ENT isssues. He was very professional and had a genuine concern for wanting to treat the cause opposed to just the symptoms and I highly recommend him and this office for your ENT struggles. Office members were very curtious, polite and attentive to my concerns and questions.

Dr.Williams and Charles Phillips PA were awesome....had a thorough workup. it was not rushed and things were explained including tests being done and results of same. Very polite courteous staff...

My husband just had nose surgery there yesterday at Nash Day Hopsital.He went to the throat specialist the day before his sugery.They were very professional and made his experience very comfortable.I would highly recommend this place.
