Worst service ever! I am A frequent online shopper who has barely made returns since I have been lucky that all items fit me right- however, this time I had to make a return so I came to Under armor located at Tysons corner.  Associate # 343457 was really rude and unprofessional. The moment I said I had an online return, she gave me attitude and said Sunday takes too long because she has to call and confirm the correct return prices. She said it would be better for me to mail my return. I told her I drove 40 mim and don’t mind to wait so she finally called and confirmed the prices. She then said I could return by mail, with an attitude. This is so disappointing… having to come to your favorite store and deal with this type of personnel. Perhaps under armor needs to be more clear about their return policy.

Collin was patient to answer all of my questions over the phone MINUTES before closing. A lot of places would just let the phone ring out at this point. He offered multiple solutions while looking out for my better interest. Exceptional customer service. Thank you Collin.

This store has an option to find the exact shoe size with their tech, which is very helpful to rule out the wide foot.

Try to exchange a gift because of size and they offer me $4 when a similar hat was selling for $25 in the shop.

Awesome group of people that was extremely helpful with my purchase. I would definitely come back again...

My online order for my son's 5.5Y sneakers came out small. Today, Jazz Peguero, the store manager, was very nice to find 6Y was available so he placed the order for the same price I paid with free shipping. Awesome service. Thank you!

The Manager, Sarah is Amazing and should be promoted to Regional Manager within the organization. This location is fully stocked, clean and well managed. She can be seen constantly engaging with customer's and moving product during the hours of operations. Anything new coming out from UA it can be found at this location. This location rotates the product throughout the store and will order anything not available in the store online. I've had several engagements with Sarah with needing a product that she had one of the last items or knew exactly how to get it delivered to me. She would go to the extreme to ensure I had what I needed and within the timeline I need as well. The staff i see working with her turned to her often and seem to love working for her. I live some distance away from this location and will drive her simply from her attention to detail and customer service. If you are shopping in Tysons Corner or anywhere near the area. I highly suggest you visit UA Tysons and ask for Sarah. She will make you feel like you are a True UA customer with the UA Satisfaction Guaranteed.I normally shop online and when I have an issue I go to the UA Tysons location to get it resolved. UA would serve the area best in following the model set at the UA Brand House Tysons!

One of the best experiences you will ever have shoe shopping! The clerk who helped us was very experienced and clearly concerned about us getting the best shoes possible. He gave us his full attention while helping us despite how busy the store was. From now on, I'm buying all of my shoes here!
