Underground Printing

I love UGP. They are insanely efficient with great quality products and with fantastic customer service. They trump other printing shops that I have used in the area. My questions are answered within minuets and our items were ready within the week of our pop-up shop closing. I feel that this quality of service is difficult to find with printing companies, I will definitely use them again!

I had one of the best experiences with this printing company. As a graphic designer, I have used multiple printers. In this specific project, I needed digital printing. I searched online and Underground Printing was an option. Read reviews and decided to give them a try. Customer service is extremely efficient. I was helped by DJ, my emails were answered in no more than 30 mins. every change and every step we took was speedy and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. My experience as a customer was excellent. And I have to add that the final product was even more than what I was expecting. The quality of the shirt is great, they were delivered very fast. And the print is amazing. My design included very fine print, it is legible and I LOVE THEM! Thank you Underground Printing for your great service.

Truly a wonderful experience working with Derek and his team at Underground Printing! He worked so hard at making sure our shirts were perfect for my son's first birthday! When one shirt was too small, he sent me a bigger size at no charge! He is very patient at answering all questions and making sure you are happy with the product. I had never ordered t-shirts with Purdue before, and Underground Printing really made it an easy process. Although I made multiple changes in my design, there were no problems with still getting the shirts in time, and the end result was amazing. They really have your interests at heart, are reliable, and helpful with any questions you may have.

I just ordered from here for the first time and I’m already obsessed with this place. The order came in right when they said it would, the prices are great, great for a single t shirt design, great staff. The design I had submitted had two words on it and the shirt came without a dot on an i and I told the rep and he was so fast to respond and was soo unbelievably helpful.
