Uni Auto Rental

This place is a rip off!!! This man is a joke…all his cars and money and he rented me a Mercedes Benz that was 20,000 miles past service. I wasn’t going to make it an issue but when the car broke down while I’m the middle of a NYC intersection, I had it. I was able to return the vehicle only for UMI car rental to take my deposit for the vehicle as well as charge me for tolls and other “fees” for a total 2 day trip from hell that cost me $1,000. NEVER RENT FROM UMI RENTAL they will rip you off!!! Bad business man, shady stuff going on with this place.

Absolute rip off and no customer support We rented a car from these guys few days back and they gave a toll tag for the car and said I can use it to go through tools We completely missed it and didn’t use any toll road as we were always using Avoid Tolls in our maps Now, I have been charged some amount extra from my security deposit for the tolls and when I call them and enquire about this, all they say is it’s for tolls When I requested for toll information just to chdck where we used the toll road, the guy said there will be a $150 administrative fee just to send that toll bill to me Just a wow guys Avoid them if you can P.S. the car we got had so many problems and that’s a different story altogether again

They lied. They told me one price and changed it once it was in my possession. Then everyday text and called for the money. I sent the money everyday and yet they still tried to charge extra. I stopped dealing with them Tera ago because they did this to my ex. Now they got me years later. If you smart Stay away !!!!! Seriously this ppl are thieves.

Great company that provided a great service. The CEO is very laid back and full of positive energy. 10/10 would recommend doing any business with Uni. They’ll accommodate whatever needs you have at a much more affordable rate than their contemporary “franchised companies” such as Enterprise. The cherry on top: unlike franchisees, they’re flexible in certain circumstances that their counterparts wouldn’t be.

The service here was amazing. I needed a rental for a last minute weekend trip and Uni came through for me. The car was affordable, reliable and clean and the customer service was great. This is a company I would definitely recommend and will rent from again!!!!
