I recently had a fantastic experience here with my over-night car rental experience! I'd like to especially highlight the exceptional service provided by Salim B, who was responsible for the entire process of handling our rental. He was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend this Enterprise location, especially with Salim's outstanding customer service.
I rented a car for 3 weeks and a person who works there named Salim Belkebir was very helpful. He's friendly, nice and very good services from my first day until the day I returned my car. Thanks Salim!
I’ve been rented in this place for 8 times. Every employee is friendly and prepares your car in advance. No additional fees after rent, every price is transparent. Highly recommend!

Wonderfully friendly service. The staff that attended to me was a relatively new staff in Malden Office still on training, but I will give him a 5-Star!
The staff was super friendly and helpful.....however, one car I rented had brake issues...I brought the car back and they got me another car which was really horrible......so I give the staff 5 stars but give their cars a 3.......I've rented with enterprise before and had no problems ......
Picked up a large SUV for a 3month rental from Abigail S. She is very professional and super friendly. I called Abigail multiple times to make adjustments on the booking, she was always happy to accommodate and smiling over the phone. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Julia Malden branch who helped me rent the vehicle was awesome! She personally walked to every car with me, checked rates or multiple cars that I qualified for with my insurance renters coverage, and even helped clean the car exterior since the cleaning staff was helping with something else. Would also like to add that the manager forgot her name was extremely customer focussed - she allowed me to return the car with an empty tank to make up for the delay in picking up my rental. Excellent experience and would totally rent from here again!
