It was the only Uniqlo in the SF Bay Area that had the Ultra Light Jacket Wool Like in black, charcoal, and navy for $69.90 each. They're basically unlined basic blazers that keep me cool in the warmer months that I can literally machine wash over and over again. The store was clean and had excellent selection too. Just be prepared to pay for inexpensive garage parking.
Only had 1 length pants. They told me no problem to sew to my length. I cam back to pick up when they told me too, they said there was a mistake and to come back next day. Then they called me and said they flat out couldn't do it. I asked for refund and they said I'd have to come back again, a 3rd time. I cam back and they said they fixed the machine and handed me the pants. I said no way. And they were confused. Waste of time at this store for me.
UNIQLO has really good stylish clothing that is not expensive. The clothing is not heavy, which makes it really comfortable to wear. I picked up a nice windbreaker and 2 anime exclusive t-shirts. Their anime collaboration t-shirts are amazing. I ended up getting 2 One Piece shirts and almost picked up a DragonBall shirt.
I found Cotton socks and Pima T-shirts. Great when shopping for quality simple cotton clothing. Nice colors.
Nice store. A higher quality HnM. They have great materials and lovely quality. They are pretty pricey.
i can't believe this uniqlo quality is so bad , i just bought this t shirt and wash once , it already damaged.....! Oh last two pictures I purchased two years age but nothing happens , I found it what happened because of make in Vientiane is bad quality but make in China that shirt still good after two years, no wonder
There were shirts with tags labeled as $19.90 stored in bins labeled sale $9.90 see picture. We asked people who worked there if it's on sale at the $9.90 price and the associate assured us everything was $9.90. Lo and behold, when we got charged at the register, it was $19.90, but because of the way their cash registers work, you can't see the price of individual items until you have the receipt. I'm disappointed by the lack of transparency and easiness of duping customers into spending more than they're promised literally and maybe I'll trust stores like Target more instead.
I purchased three items including a jacket. I decided to return the jacket , with the receipt of purchase I was told that it can not be returned or exchanged without the tag. I have never had such a bad experience with any retailer, normally, only the credit card that was purchased under in sufficient to return. Additionally, the service that I received from the manager, Francesca D, was rude and unaccommodating. I will not be a loyal customer again and will not recommend to anyone. In order for your company to survive, your Return policy has to be changed to conform to the NORMAL and CUSTOMARY retail standards. Your return policy Is not compatible with the industry standards. This would eventually cause the customer unhappiness resulting demise of your business.
Essential high performance classics, colors, Japanese inspired perfect for Asian petite; but they also have slim and tall options, cool flight jacket for college age son. Deals like this Katagami designed blouse for $9.99. Great travel wear. Fun. Helpful staff.
Super polite staff, even when I just had an exchange. The store is clean and organized. Decent prices. Good selection.
