This is the biggest thrift store I've ever seen! It's full of a variety of items, including clothing, shoes, jewelry, books, housewares, furniture, and more. Some items are new with tags! I've found some really great finds over a multitude of visits here. There is an accessible entrance next to the stairs, as well as several shopping carts to aid your shopping experience. In addition to shopping, you can also donate items here. On the outer right side of the store, you can see a loading dock, usually with one or two staff members accepting donations, no questions asked, and even offering to help offload and carry your donations to a rolling bin at hand. They also routinely ask if you need a donation receipt. Right next to the Mosaic District, this Thrift store is a jewel! There is large parking lot here that serves a few businesses and there are always lots of spaces available.
Very very pricy for items donated for FREE. Very predatory considering we’re going through an economic crisis with inflation EVERYWHERE- bad taste in my mouth.. very much goodwill energy
Great time, cleanly atmosphere. To be specific, the employee, Virginia, was very nice to us. Older lady with white hair. I regard her highly. She was helpful and was courteous to her customers.
It is truly a wonderful thrift store. Everything here is trendy and you can find everything you want for cheap. They have 25% off on Thursdays so you can expect to have more people in the store on that day. If you donate then you get 20% off everything. The reason for the two stars, however, is how rude the employees are. I have been coming here for almost a year, and I only have one good experience talking to an employee. There have been so many times where I was berated by unique Employees and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth upon leaving the store. I don’t feel happy anymore after I have found something truly unique after getting yelled at. The store employees do not like their job. It is very clear. Either the pay is too low for the work they have to do, or they are bad at retaining good, hard-working employees. The employees feel that it is their job to police the customers. If you are trying things on a mirror, and you are standing next to a pile of clothes that someone else left, an employee will come up to you and give you bad look or scold you for leaving the pile there. They do not believe that it is their job to put the clothes away themselves.
Good thrift store. Can find some amazing things here sometimes. Just saw this, didn't buy but would be cool for someone.
This used to be my favorite thrift store to shop at, but the pricing on certain items has become ABSURD. You can buy some of the items new for cheaper than they are trying to sell them. Too many unattended kids running around. The quality and quantity of items does vary day to day. Very good about restocking the shelves, but sometimes it’s to the point things are falling off the shelf because there is no room.
This used to be a great place in every single way. A lot of polite Nepalese staff - wonderfully warm. However, the prices have increased to match the local stores like Macys. Too bad.
Parking was available and Donation center was right in front , inside was not clean I saw a lot of stuff on the ground . Staff was out but somehow today its seems everyone was tired. We come here a lot my family bought so many great things we like to see it clean and organized please. Keep up the great work and see you soon
Unique is a good thrift store for dropping off your items that you no longer need ranging from clothes, kitchen wears, electronics, books, you name it. You also buy from items donated by others at a low price. Customer service here is also wonderful. I would say keep helping. Update: Unique has undergone some recent changes - sales automation and now you could attend to yourself but sales attendants are still around to help, coupons and perks have become more decent. Unique also has more inventories recently but you could walk in to donate more.
I lost my wallet here today and they told me all they can do is give them my number and they’ll call me and I was frustrated because my keys were attached and A male manager said “that’s not my problem” and chuckled . If I said this to someone who lost there wallet at my job I’d probably get written up which is this case should happen. No sympathy for costumers. Pathetic!
