Our fitness center is a place where EVERYONE can come together and get in shape and feel better about themselves.
It is not everyday that people see a gym that offers a wheelchair basketball league. What is even more rare is to find a gym that has machines catered to people with disabilities as well as everyone else. All of our machines will be accessible for people in wheelchairs. Instead of having to move from the wheel char seat onto the machine seat, patrons can simply roll right into the machine and start working out, simple as that. The machines are fully adjustable for patrons who are not in wheel chairs and require a seat for the machine.
Unite Fitness is proud to offer a state of the art juice bar. Smoothies, organic juices and snacks. Also, there is a lounge area for guests to kick back in as well. Imagine being able to workout, get a good sweat going then going to get a bite to eat to give your body the fuel it needs after a workout. This will give guests a chance to interact with each other and to connect with each other.
With technology advancing these days, it seems only fitting that we offer free wifi for all guests of our gym. With devices capable of streaming things like Netflix and other services to their phone, wifi would be the perfect thing for people to have access to in a gym.
Unite Fitness does away with the traditional gym approach and gives the idea of working out a new flare. A lot of gym goers will love our large selection of fitnesses classes to choose from. Yoga, Zumba, various dance, abs, and strength classes will all be available. We also have enough space to offer other classes as well. Younger gym goers can take Karate, gymnastics, and other kid oriented classes. Our senior citizen guests will get a kick out of our pool and anaerobic classes. Unite Fitness also offers regular fitness classes for women only. Women here have a safe place where they can feel comfortable working out without being in a room full of men. Women may feel free to bring their children along too because kids karate, gymnastics, and other active games are available to them. The children's center will be structured like a gymnasium with mats and trampolines. It will have foam blocks, a ball pit, sport balls, a climbing structure, and areas to play. Our staff can entertain the kids and give them a workout while their mom or dad is doing the same thing.
Unite Fitness also want to offer sports leagues and various tournaments for our guests as well. We also provide several gym floors where a wheelchair basketball league will be played. Anyone can join the league and see first hand how playing basketball is when sitting in a wheelchair. We also will offer volleyball, dodgeball, and racquetball leagues as well for those who are really into competition. Of course their are informal games as well for people to participate in if a league is not in their interest.
