I want to take my head off to the whole staff. I was very surprised how they behave very professional to the end. I went to see Spider-Man movie cartoon type with my kids. Excellent. I want a second time, and I saw Indiana Jones. I don’t know their names I want to say thank you to the staff that work behind so hard there take their time with us. I know most people are impatient. I’m gonna ask Pastry Chef at the Ritz Carlton, their behavior was just amazing. Great service I know because of Covid you cannot bring things but I would love to bring them mini cupcakes, red velvet, and chocolate velvet. That’s what I specialize in. Thank you again.
Horrible customer service I was trying to purchase the pass for the unlimited movies. There was no one to help me. No one had an answer your snow, when attending or trying to help. Worst experience.
Nice, clean theater. Could use an update as the seats were outdated and not stadium style. Great location in the Falls for shopping and dining.
The floors were sticky, the theater stunk. The bathrooms were gross, tiles falling off broken walls. Wife said the women's bathrooms were unsanitary I have been going there for years, but will not go back until they get a manager that follows up on the cleanliness. GROSS. DIDNT WANT TO TOUCH ANYTHING
I’m giving them a 4 star because of all the great reclining seats the movies offer now. But there is plenty of leg room
TLDR : DONT COME TO THIS RELIC, Take your PREMIUM $$, to a PREMIUM theater. In 2023 this movie theater is trapped in 2005, same seats and everything, I know because I came here in 2005. The ac barely works and the projectors are old and dated, also your way to close to people for the amount your spending on a ticket. No reserved seating and a general run down vibe, with smells and sticky floor to match. .
The theater we went to watch Meg 2 in smelled like urine, had food on the floor and there were ROACHES crawling around. Disgusting.
Dont know if i would go again. I dont have much to say about this place. The restrooms were dirty, the rug was not swept, no atendent selling tickets just wasn't feeling the vibe .
Me n my family went to go see a movie tonight. The seat were uncomfortable to watch q movie 2 1/2 hrs long. Needs better seats.
Dirty. The place has a smell and the bathroom is not fit for usage. Better maintenance is necessary. Sanitation is important with public areas. Please hire more maintenance staff and better air filtration system so it can be a more pleasure able experience for all.
