Welcome to United Gymnastix, a multi-faceted facility whose goal is for children to achieve their highest potential in the sport of gymnastics, while developing both mentally and physically. Our diversified programs have been structured to accommodate students of all levels from the very beginner up through the very advanced.
The class sizes are small, allowing for more individualized attention as well as promoting a safe and healthy learning environment. United's large gymnasium is fully equipped to stimulate and challenge every level student.
PARENT & TOT
Boys and girls ages 22 months - 36 months 45 minute class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:10
A fun and creative way for your child to explore the joy of gymnastics. This class requires parental participation, which enables you to opportunity to see and help your child develop movements as well as social interaciton skills.
SUPERTOT
Parent & Tot is a prerequisite for SuperTot
Boys and girls ages 2.5 - 3.5 years 45 minute class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:6
For the independent child showing advanced motor skills.
PRESCHOOL
Two age groups available boys and girls ages 3 - 5.5 years 45 minute class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:6
The preschooler's natural desire to play will be encouraged, while being instructed how to direct their physical and mental energy. A safe class is always our firs priority
KINDERKIDS
Boys and girls ages 5 - 6 years 1 hour class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:8
Develops body awareness, strength and coordination by teaching basic gymnastics skills in a fun and progressive manner.
BEGINNER CLASSES
Boys or girls ages 6 - 14 years 1 hour class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:8
For the child with little or no experience in gymnastics. Develops strength, flexibility and physical endurance to increase potential for learning basic gymnastics skills and all-over fitness.
ACCELERATED CLASSES
Boys or girls by invitation only 1 hour class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:8
For the student who has progressed beyond the Beginner Level and is ready for new and more difficult challenges.
ADVANCED CLASSES
Boys or girls by invitation only 1.5 hour class; instructor-to-student ratio of 1:8
Focuses on skill development beyond Beginner and Accelerated classes in a non-competitive environment.
CHEER-TUMBLE CLASS
Two age groups available boys and girls ages 6 -18 years 1 hour class
Students in this class wil increase tumbling skill development through use of 50-foot trampoline strip, rod floor, mini and double mini trampoline, 4'x14' trampoline and 7'' foam block floor.
PRE - TEAM
By invitation only, 1.5 hour class, twice weekly
The student will be focusing on development of required skills and routines in order to join the Competitive Team.
COMPETITIVE TEAMS
By invitation only, 6 - 24 hours weekly and competitive meets.
Workouts include skill development and refinenemnt at a very high level to prepare the male or female gymnast for comptetion in USA Artistic Gymnastics and USA Trampoline &Tumling santioned meets. There are between four and twelve meets per year. Parenal organization requirements must be fulfilled.
