The Jury Service office desk worker who picked up my call was Incredibly disrespectful. What a rough start to my first time with jury service here. I had a confusing time figuring out when I actually go in so I called the number to just get some help and I’ve never been made feel so stupid in my entire life. She talked to me with so much attitude I absolutely think she should be moved away from the phone or fired. No one who is going through this process should ever be made feel that they should not ask questions if they are confused. Literally just answer it nicely and move on with your day. Customer service was terrible wow. Even if I asked a question that might have been something I read wrong that will never give anyone the right to be so rude and disrespectful about it? This person should not work for the government. Not the right person for the job. I wish I got her name. I was so stunned.

John Hinderaker should rescue him but did not. As a previous family law judge in Pima County Superior Court, who personally knows its previous presiding judge Kyle Bryson and the family bench commissioner Helena Seymour, he oppressed the complaint containing dirty dealings run in the Pima County Superior Court with local attorneys in violation of Constitution Law and Human Rights in International Treaties, stating the facts in the complaint is not possible. The facts include but not limited to the manipulation of public records by Pima County Superior Court includes not enter mailed pleadings into public records when they signed return receipts but the commissioner alleged they have not received pleadings persistently; withhold mailed pleadings for three or four months and then entered into a later arbitrary date after they enter an order unfavourbly to me, alleging my wrongdoing of not sending them pleadings or response; not distribute orders they entered into the system, detaining a foreigner in the U.S. under the color of law by without allowing her to go to her home country commissioner and attorney stated that I could go to my home country alone when I also solely take care of my daughter in US---literally, I am divisible on two continentsbecause attorneys and the opposing party perjured in pleadings and the judges in Pima County Superior Court assisted in perjury. Hinderaker's a dismissal with prejudice based on his alleged impossible facts is in blatant violation of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which provides judge has to take what is stated in a complaint as true in taking the case and only after the opposing party enters, then factual dispute may arise when discovery and disclosure is allowed. After John Hinderaker dimissed the case with prejudice, Helena Seymour furthers her blatant persecution against US-citizen minor but rules everything in favor of a mainland of China citizen residing in Hong Kong since 2019 who does not parent/pay. Helena Seymour deprives us of financial resources by perjuring that I am not a student even though I submitted twice evidence issued by Homeland Security, my university and signed by me and my university. Seymour stated the evidence issued by US Homeland Security does not count. She even alleged for the petitioner that Hong Kong does not allow the petitioner to leave and US does not allow the petitioner to enter. So who this petitioner is? I suspect whether Seymour and those involved represent the interests of unlawful overseas forces and get money/corrupted, as US legislated Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act. They even called on a local police to my university and my residence to confirm my student status and then concluded that I am not a student and deprived us of living support. They even ordered me to pay the petitioner attorney fees; I am a student with scholarship that is not sufficient to cover tuition and living expenses. AZ law only orders attorney fees to one party when the other party is financially advantaged or take unreasonable grounds. I oppose their perjury, conspiracy, civil violations and crimes; they ordered me, who solely take care of her daughter without sufficient living resources to pay attorney fees to the petitioner who does not parent/pay, who corrupts the US justice system, hates the US for having no job offer. I study law but I cannot understand their fact-finding, reasoning that are contrary to common sense. Too many things to be included all herein. Why these US judges betray the interests/rights of a US-citizen minor, and caused the minor's mother and maternal grandparents end up in "refugee" status? Why help overseas child abduction? Why commit judicial terrorism and violence? For Illegal Overseas Forces? Does AZ have a quota of the number of children to be persecuted against and deprived of rights and living resources? Does judges try to get personal from persecutions or AZ has revenue requirements? I think investigations and prosecutions by the U.S. Department of Justice, FBI, and other agencies is very necessary.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. I understand this is a serious place but not being at your station, being rude and not explaining where to go and being dismissive isn’t helping anyone get anything done.
A truly beautiful Courthouse with outstanding facilities. They did a wonderful job building this new courthouse in downtown Tucson.
