Why have an option to pay online or on the phone if nobody answers calls or any emails sent to them??? "all operators" shouldn't be busy 10 minutes after opening
Negative 5 stars, would not recommend. You can't even speak to anyone over the phone they just leave you on neverending HOLD, with the most obnoxious music and a voice that says an operator will be with you shortly.
Although not many people want to deal with a courthouse. The customer service was more than sub par. Having moved and needing information which I had already emailed and gotten a response that wasn't clear I felt calling and getting it straight forward would be best. I called and waited for 30 minutes to hear the "customer service" representative tell me to just send another email. I tried to get clarification which I was interuppted and told "if I knew what to tell you I would've told you already". Zero help and don't waste your time calling workers there seem miserable
I was a victim of domestic violence and then was given 2 days to vacate the premises of the house that I've been paying all the bills on and staying with my dog that was also a victim in the multiple amount of crimes that the perpetrator committed. They're committed. Judge Riojas Gave us a total of one and a 1/2 minutes to speak to him before he simply told us we had 2 days to get out 7 days before Christmas when we have been living here for 2 years and paying all the bills. All the bills. Shame on that judge and shame on this court.. What a joke. What what a terrible terrible person to do this and to do this to us. Like we haven't been hit hard enough yet during this holiday season He had to make it 10 times worse when I had brought 20 different documents to show exactly why we should be allowed to stay and I had been told by a separate judge less than 2 weeks before we had 2 months. Screw Judge Riojas and SHAME ON YOU HAPPY HOLIDAYS. Well be homeless as victims for Christmas.
Showed up at 7:55 AM to wait in line. Writing this review as of 8:40, and the court has not bothered to open their doors. Someone looked at the court's website, and apperantly they are closed today, prompting the entire line of 12+ people to disperse. There was no physical notice given whatsoever that the court was closed today, if someone hadn't looked it up online we would all be standing there indefinitely. Tucson City Court is happy to send you endless threatening letters and calls, but when you go to resolve the issue, the court doesn't even bother to show up. The people working here should be ashamed to call themselves public servants, they have no idea what the word "service" means!
Each time you call you have to hold at least 30mins before that old lady pick up the and start lying to you I hate that lady with a passion
Rude phone reps combined with poor communication of court details and requirements makes for a very bad experience. This entire process should and could easily be replaced with an app. I can imagine it will be in a few decades. Until then, pay their fees or deal with endless bureaucracy and hoards of uninformed workers.
Worked there for 9 months. Incredibly dysfunctional. They had an opportunity to move into a modern building but chose to stay in what is a converted multi-tiered parking garage. Extremely unhealthy environment. The most miserable work environment I've ever seen, and I've worked for over 40 years. Unless you are desperate for a job avoid this place like the plague. They go through employees like water through a sieve.
Just was on hold for 45 min for the rude woman to tell me to send an email. She wouldn't answer any questions. What's the point???? And then she hung up on me when I asked for the email address. I think I'll go pay them a visit in person
Ok, let's be fair. No one likes court. Im being honest here. This place sux. If you got a traffic ticket, the fine isn't the worst part you will experience. The TSA that greet you as u enter will make you chuckle as you prepare to board. Thats about the only thing funny here. You can be quite badly bleeding from the head, due to an improperly pruned tree around the corner, but not a band aid in the building. Ask security, a cop, a window attendant, I didn't dare ask the judge and end up with a headache.
