I just love to release a steamy load of chocolate to show willy wonkas prison planet I don't write my name in latin so you have to find the entity or corporation whom you're contacting there's a lot of zibixas$d##d##@
Gave them a call about a ticket I supposedly received a few months back for not having a front license plate. The woman I spoke to on the phone could not have sounded more irritated with her job and I completely understand it’s not that appealing to have her job however her literal job is to help people with these issues. All I was trying to do was understand the situation better and get more information. Wouldn’t the city wanna have good people to help them get their money??
Please be sure to add a review if you have a false charge on your record from SC Fremont. I'm hearing this is happening to a lot of people lately. The culprit could be the parties that were in charge of converting their records system from paper to electronic in 2014. If we have to pay an attorney to clear this up, WE WILL BE SUING FOR DAMAGES.
You have to show up at least an hour before they open doors because they only take a small amount of people per day and the line gets long. Then, they check to see if there are any excuses to send you home like they don't have your case number on file, so come prepared. Then you wait for another hour before they let you in the court and another half hour before the judge shows up "on time". They treat you like a criminal without rights and no one is your advocate, better shut up and put up. The judge lady seems nice while she makes you jump through hoops to finalize a dismissed case.
This revenue generating traffic ticketing machine is out of control and has been for a while. The police are not honest anymore. I just paid off my truck. Pd towed it with a 30 day hold. I can't afford to get it out of inpound. $3000 not to mention my ticket is $1000, point at DMV and an increase in my insurance rate. Where is the justice here? This system is stealing the food off my table and hurting the middle class down as a whole with the system in place.
Straight forward. Went to pay traffic citation and you go through security checkpoint then to the waiting line. They have a bell/light system telling you when the next available rep can help you. Line was long but I didn't have to wait long.
Are y'all hiring for the traffic court reception or something. Y'all need o make these lines move a little faster and stop stressing your 3 employees working the same Windows. Terrible service downstairs. Judge Hoffhaven? She was awesome court room 603 at 9 on August 9th. Probably need to follow her work ethic. She knows what she's doing and she's a great judge. For everyone downstairs working these clerk Windows. Terrible customer service, slow rude and not very knowledgable. Screw your slow court system. YOU type of slow working people are what's wrong with America.
I personally prefer Fremont's Hall of Justice I have had luck with more than fair judges in criminal and traffic judges that are for helping you help yourself..and my court appointed attorney Mr.Johal was across the board well worth paying for ..he takes his job seriously as his reputation . Leaving the courthouse feeling relieved and all ways treated with respect...
Absolutely terrible got a citation in the mail never got notice in person. Then the notice in mail was late when received. Couldn't even talk to clerk in person. It's all done by drop box
