I would like to recognize Chris at this location for his dedications on his passion and respect to help the customer whom had appointments today including my son who went their with appointment for 10:45am and Chris was at the counter helping the customers with appointments for passports. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable with knowing his job duties and insuring customer on his shift was able to get service with him before he left for his break, which he sacrifice his brake till everyone in line for appointment was taken care of. Chris was fast and polite with us and helpful in making sure we got our passport process done correctly. I am grateful for the service I and my son receive today from Chris Thank You!
There are 6 stations and 3 were open on Saturday. Long line. Slow
What a disgusting facility. Employees are rude and lack basic customer service skills. The condition of the public areas prove nobody takes pride in their work here. Dirty floors and counters, ceiling panels missing, water stains on ceiling, broken tiles.
This place is an absolute disgrace to the United States Postal Service. Every single time I order something I have to be worried if I’m gonna receive it or not. Constantly receiving the wrong peoples packages and missing packages that are supposed to be delivered to me and they are being delivered to other peoples houses. The problem is we have a different mailman every single day and there is no regular person that knows the houses, No wonder why this place doesn’t even have two star reviews addresses and names.
I had the worst experience ever. This employee supposedly named Matute was very rude, disrespectful, incompetent. She treated me like if I was an animal. I don’t understand how come a post service company can have someone so rude in the customer service area. Her level of education is very poor. She should be ashamed of herself. She refused to give me the proper information about the steps on how to hold my mail. I have never felt so disrespectful in my life. Someone needs to address this. Someone like her should not be dealing with customers. The supervisor came to me and helped with my concerns. She was totally professional. I can’t believe this place had someone like her. She yelled at me in front of all her customers and asked me to move while she had my box. So unprofessional.
Does not matter what time you come, always a ridiculously slow & long line
Chris was so helpful when it came to me opening my PO Box. Thank God he works here because the service I received from another woman was extremely unacceptable. I recommend coming here because of the service that I received from only from Chris. Even though it’s a PO Box this is basically my mailbox so that’s what I kept that in mind.
We had a delay issue with a certified mail containing a very important document. I posted a request on the USPS website for a review and almost immediately I received a called from Mrs. Rogers from Quail Roost branch she told me she was in charge of our case and that she was going to investigate the case for us. She called me every day to keep me informed of the status and few days later she called me to tell me the mail had finally arrived at her branch. She is very proactive and very professional she found the mistake that was keeping my mail from coming to its final destination and fixed it. I have been at this branch before it’s always very busy and I have never had a bad experience. Thank you Mrs Rogers for your time and help.
Delivery personal in this post are lazy and don't like walking up to my 3rd floor apartment so they straight leave the attempt notice in the mailbox without actually going to my door, this happens every time a box don't fit in the mailbox, why do USPS charge the sender for a full service if they can't take it to my door? I have to come to the post office deal with this rude employee and make this slow and long line to pick up my package every time, this is just disgusting.
The rudest USPS personnel on the planet. I went to drop-off a package that I had the label for, the gentleman behind the counter told me to drop it off inside a bin. I told him I needed a receipt, he replied that they did not give out receipts. I asked him why and he replied that “they were sick and tired of handling parcels”. He told me to read the sign at the door, then he proceeded to scream at the top of his lungs his mother was ninety-years old. I proceeded to walk out when I heard a door inside slam, I though he was coming after me. I walked very fast to my car. Something about this gentleman is off and very scary.
