Wish you could leave 0 stars. Have lost numerous packages for my online business. Sent one of them to Greensboro, North Carolina instead of Greensburg, Pennsylvania because they don't know how to read, dropped off 3 packages off in their parcel box and haven't been scanned for 3 days. Don't even try delivering some items and either make me pick them up or get them a week later because they're just being held. It's also disgusting inside. I'll be driving out of my way to a different location because I can't trust this one to do their job

Post offices continues to lie about the package status. Frequently we experience that for heavier packages, the office claims that a delivery attempt took place and a note was left in the mailbox. If USPS is unable to manage items larger and heavier than a letter, they should not offer such service. I had drivers on camera looking at the item on their truck and then not even attempting to deliver it. Today a desk was supposed to get delivered and the remarks state that it did not fit in the mailbox. What a surprise. Regardless, nobody was here 9.30 AM is not when USPS shows up at our house and no note was left. Appears that USPS employees simply leave items behind because they don't feel to like it. Customers then need to pick up their packages from the South Miami post office since the "delivery attempt" failed. What an underwhelming experience. Post office does not answer phone calls to resolve and every time I have to open an investigation in order to get a response. Mixing up letters and getting confused with house numbers or streets also a frequent occurrence. Zero stars if that would be an option.

I’ve never had a good experience at this post office and it’s not the staff who are friendly and helpful  if you’re lucky enough to have the time it takes to queue and get to the top of the line - it’s the complete lack of staff!!! This afternoon there is one person working there and one person who looks like she’s learning and every customer needs about 10 minutes of assistance. When I finally gave up there were about 6 people in front of me and four behind me!!! So I would have been waiting about an hour for assistance - RIDICULOUS!!

My favorite post office location. The two workers that are always there are so kind and helpful. I will never go to another usps so grateful that they make every visit to the post office a pleasant experience.

Why make things easy if you can complicate them?!? This is maybe the only USPS agency that doesn't allow you to use their tape to close packages, don't help you to attach the label on your package, don't have all the Priority boxes available...... Store is quite crowded, big waiting lines and the employees working in the back don't come to help in the front of the store. Net net, suggest you go to a different agency if you want to receive a minimum service level everyone expects in 2021. No wonder private postal services are growing so strong.

One of the mail carriers on our route has intentionally run over solar lights on the swale not once but 3 TIMES, destroying them completely. Now he is skipping our house for delivery and pick up of mail for days at a time. Very upset at our post office. Had to drive to the Post Office day before yesterday to get my outgoing mail posted. Good thing I did. No mail service yesterday either.

This and all USPS have lost their care for the clients and or customers. They lost a package, they don’t have an answer and won’t give me a reason or at least try to serve me the customer on what can I do. I have been sent to a corner supposedly for somebody to attend me and guess what. Nobody came. The lady that sent me to the corner simply went to have lunch... this is unacceptable. 30 mins after waiting the manager came and told me the package was somewhere in the holding area and would be delivered the next day. Needless to say I told him that lady was extremely rude they won’t do anything about it anyways USPS is a disgrace

This 5 star rating is specifically for Ray . You made my day! I got there 15 min before closing. After Ray explained what I had to do for a international shipping, he attended a commercial customer with about 40 small packages calmly even looking at the clock. After I finished filling up my forms, I approached the other officer Wanda, who literally denied service to me "international shipping,at this time? I won't do it".Ray offered her to help me out, scanning the small packages; stopped what he was doing to let customers out, closed Wanda out and still walked me out with a good night! Thank you for being an example of teamwork, customer service and patience!

Very bad experience at this post office! I sent out a very expensive communion dress and they lost it! Over a month later I still have not received our dress back and money has gone down the drain. The worst part is that the ladies and manager at the store were very rude to me, calling me a fool and disrespecting me/raising their voices. Would not recommend shipping out your packages from here because shipping time takes way longer and they don't even know what they are doing. So disappointed.
