I was very surprised about their delivery. My friend sent something from CA with a package of insurance and hand delivery for two reasons: I live at apt + my little angel was just 3 weeks old. I am always at home. The doorbell works well + my phone is always ready. I waited for the package and saw no one to deliver, but when checking the tracking, they told me that I was not there to receive it. And they sent me a notice I had to pick up at the post office. I was really díappointed Recomment July 10 2019 at noon today. They took the package and handed it to me. Did they read my comment? Whatever. I received the package and felt more comfortable. Thank you!
Absolutely terrible service! The front worker was very rude and tried to rush me out of the office. I received a slip telling me to pick up my package from this location, once I arrive the worker walks in the back and quickly walks back to the front! He doesn’t even look at any of the names on the packages to see if mine is there. I ask him to look again, he says he doesn’t know where my package is and to come back at 11 this was at 9:30am. I never requested a redelivery so my package should be at this location as the slip states! Terrible, I hope I never have to deal with this post office or it’s workers again. If I ever get my package
After having a poor customer service experience in Asbury Park where I've had many poor experiences, I have been delighted with the service at this Wanamassa/Ocean location. I am able to get in and out much faster, and the front end workers are generally much kinder and less stressed. My most recent experience on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 12:53pm - the gentleman who helped me get my PO Box I wish I knew his name - he is often there and on my receipt it says Clerk 07 could not have been more pleasant. Not only is the service better here, but the same size PO Box in Asbury Park cost over $100 more per year. I will continue to bring my business here.
I ask for normal tracked shipping, guy overcharged me or did 2 day Shipping instead; didnt understand a word. Also, why does a small bubble mailer cost $10 to ship with tracking? How is anyone supposed to sell things to make money when shipping costs a fortune.
I was given international stamps instead of United States stamps. I asked woman to exchange stamp on the spot she said it was non refundable. I had not even left the counter when I made advised that she had given the wrong stamp. How is this exceptable?
Completely ruined a package I shipped. Box was mangled and items fell out and were not put back in, so I had to issue a refund to my buyer. I didn't insure it, so I'm SOL. I guess it's my fault for expecting the USPS to do something as unusual and difficult as deliver a package.
They are nice and helpful here . Would recommend to a friend 100% best one in NJ!!!
Tiny post office. Some employee are helpful others are not. Slow. Usually a giant line.
Its True, tried to call million times but never pick up the phone... What the fawk are they doing over there?
