Worst experience when we went for passport renewal with our little one. The attendant LAXMI made it a horrible experience to drag us and wait there for an hour with our little one. Other staff were courteous but laxmi is terrible. Avoid her if you are in the line and being called. Your day will be screwed if you opt to go to her.looked very rude and biased.
Before we moved to Saratoga, we had been used to coming a long way to this location for shipping service not just because it’s a place easy for parking but because the clerks are very warm and helpful. Yesterday I was particularly impressed by the speedy service offered by Clerk 15, a smart guy who helped me as soon as he saw me walk in. I had hardly got to ask him where to drop off a return parcel before he scanned the barcode, handed me a receipt and showed me how to track it. He was so adept at handling the item I went away without getting time to ask his name.
I've never had a problem shipping items or getting passport items done. The staff is not any faster or slower than any other place I've been. The line is dependent on the number of people who come in and they always seem adequately staffed.
What to not like about this place Fast, efficiently and very kind service by Tony. Would recommend anyone..
This post office assisted me when I needed help regarding the services USPS provides. Good management.
I am a regular at the Saratoga PO as I have a small business that needs me to ship things regularly. The staff there are very warm and welcoming. But yesterday I was a bit taken aback when I went in to mail a package. It was a fragile article and I had written the words “ Fragile” across most sides of the package. The lady helping me tossed the package pretty hard into the mail bin and when I pointed out that it was a fragile piece she suggested that I should repack it more securely I had bubble wrapped and cushioned the article if I was so concerned that it may break as the mail handlers are far more rough that that. Her attitude bothered me and I wondered if it was any use to actually label a package as “Fragile” if this was the general attitude with the postal staff. I was disappointed for sure. My experience at the Saratoga PO has always been a pleasant one so far.
Bizarrely aggressive workers. I waited in line for 20 minutes. When I was at the front of the line, one of the workers shouted over to me to ask if I had prepaid labels on my boxes. I answered that I did, but that I would like a receipt. She said that this location didn't provide receipts. why?? I continued to wait for my turn. When I got there I asked if the woman could scan my packages to ensure there were no problems. Some significant glaring and huffing & puffing ensued. Isn't this their job? Why so aggressively rude?
Don I’m having the exact same problem. I keep seeing the mail drivers completely ignore my outgoing mail. They do their routes, DROVE by my mailbox since yesterday. The outgoing mail is still inside, the red flag is up and they just drove by. I have something important that needs to be turned in every week, and they’re not doing their jobs right.
Tony and Cindy were super nice and sweet with helping me shipping my packages. I had an amazing experience here with their wonderful service.
Please get the postal workers on a rural route delivering in a truck pick up the outgoing mail! Geez, how can you open a mailbox, see the outgoing mail waiting and just drop off the new mail and leave? Pretty negligent and can you say lazy? Your hand went about 6 inches away from the mail! I can understand having a bad day, but when the new mail gets delivered and the outgoing is in there at least 3 days, this is blatant negligence!
