Don’t pay attention to most of the low reviews, it’s for their delivery drivers not the actual service inside the post office. This place is a rarity! This is arguably one of the best post offices in the general area. Service is amazing and they’re very very patient with customers, that’s unheard of now. If you’ve been to any other Snohomish County USPS you know it’s bad out there. Enjoy this place, treat the employees well, and calm down please, these people are just trying to survive like you and I.
I stopped in to mail a couple of things and buy stamps. Three windows were open with really fast, efficient, and friendly service. Very clean and neat. I'll be making the Snohomish location #1 for any postal needs.
Unknown to me, half of my order from amazon prime got shipped via USPS and I don't have a mail box. It was my mistake but wasn't informed by Amazon until it was at the the post office for 2 days it wasn't supposed to arrive that early so I didn't check the updates until amazon informed there was a problem with the delivery. The update said it was being shipped back to seller. I went to the post office to see if it was still there and the employees went over and beyond the call of duty searching for the package and ended up finding it. This wasn't the first time this happened nor the first time they went out of there way to find my mail. Thank you all that work there!! You make a great team. Sincerely J.T Adams.
I drop off packages at this location nearly every single day. I've been coming here for years. The current staff is AMAZING! Steve is the BEST! They are all so friendly, helpful and patient. There can be a line here so be prepared ahead of time. If you buy postage online there is a drop bin just inside the doors and also one in the customer service area. THANK YOU to everyone here who works so hard. I never have a problem with my packages going thru this location. Also, my local carrier is stellar too! Thankful for you all.
We booked a passport appointment here, very nice and friendly office and staff. The appointment took 10 minutes, very quick and efficient. Positive experience. Kids have got lollipops :
I’ve had more issues with this post office in a little over a year than any post office my entire life and I’ve lived all over Washington, Queens, central PA and Philly, Portland OR, and Seattle. I called more than 20 times this morning with no answer and eventually a dial tone bc the courier marked that I requested a package to be held at the post office when I did not. After that I spent another chunk of time from work contacting the general post office to report this complaint and get my package delivered asap. The women I spoke to on the general phone line was great earlier today, but when the manager of Snohomish post office called me this evening at 7 PM explaining the sender wrote the wrong address on the package when the sender did not. She repeatedly talked over me. Then she said we had a new courier on my route who didn’t know my home has two different addresses the address that is on the package is on the building. This post office has a systemic issue including inadequate training. I think this is the 6th complaint I’ve filed after my medication was stolen by another courier, misplaced Holiday mail, etc. I usually don’t waste my time complaining about bad service, but this is unacceptable. Worst post office ever 0/5 can’t wait to not come back again.
Very sick of not getting my packages. Seams they enjoy giving our stuff to neighbors. Last time I complained my packages was thrown in my driveway.
Bad experience!!! I wish you could do a negative review because a 1 is too high… My 5 years old daughter has passport appointment today at 11:30 at the Snohomish location. We walked in at 11:26, the passport clerk Sandi was serving others so we were waiting in line and waiting next available. but when it is turn us, Sandi said we are late and we should not wait in line, she refused to serve us. First, we are not late and there is no sign said passport appointment no need wait in a line. Second, When we walk in at 11:26. She already worked with others who has appointment between 11:45 to 12:00, she use my appointment time to serve others and when it is turn us, she said she can not squeezed her time since she need have a lunch. But the fact is 11:45 to 12:00 appointment had been done by filled our slot, it is not squeezed any time for her since she is free 11:45 to 12:00. It is extremely unfair, we are not late and she serve others who are not in this time slot. this lady is rigid and if she is a punctual person, why she was not wait 11:45 to serve the people who have 11:45 appointment, why she filled our slot and refused to serve us even we are not late, SO RIDICULOUS!!!!
On average I get deliveries twice a week if I’m lucky. I’ve had multiple items marked as delivered, only to get them days later. I’ve had items marked as undeliverable due to my driveway being inaccessible. When my driveway and mailbox are clearly accessible. It’s Impossible to get a hold of anyone.
March 8th, watched carrier deliver letters to my address and drive away close to 8pm. Package gets scanned as not deliverable, address not accessable at same time. Driveway was clear, I had just gotten home. Next day, no scans, no attempt to deliver. Apparently they just decided not to bother today? This happened weekly a couple years ago, and has now happened three times in the last couple months, so apparently we're back to that, except when it used to happen it would always get delivered next day. Not so today it seems.
