If I could give negative stars I would. Been waiting for a package. Tracking status for the last 3 days has been "waiting for delivery scan". Went in here to check to see what was going on. The lady "looked" in the back for 5 mins. Came out with no package. I said oh you guys lost my package huh? Her reaponse????!!!!! It's not lost we just can't find it right now? Um excuse me? You lost my package. I have contacted corporate via email and will be calling them mo day as well via phone.
I'm leaving 1-star particularly for the female Hispanic manager that has problems walking. She has consistently been rude to me, and other customers that I've seen. She got into a war of the words with a male in which she made some comment about she wouldn't care of she got fired because she has her pension, and is closed to retiring. I can also hear her through the PO boxes yelling at customers on the phone.
Though I haven’t had to speak to the manager that’s been notoriously shaming everyone for their mail, I think everyone else is great
So rude. The Hispanic workers there r very rude. Really bad experience.
This is one of the worst local shipping places you could go to. The employees are super rude here and unprofessional. The one asian lady that works on the left can never understand what I’m trying to tell her because she does not fully speak English and it’s super frustrating. She is super rude and ive seen her yell at customers. What kind of service that we are paying for, yells at a customer? Remember we are paying you, we are a customer. The employees and the manager post master need to be retrained or train their employees in the customer service area. I never write bad reviews but wow this location is terrible. Such a great city to have such bad employees working at our government post office. This place needs to remember they are employees who serve customers. Common working etiquette is to treat customers well, not yell and snap when they try to simply send their package out. Don’t like your job? Then QUIT. They will gladly replace you for someone who will do better.
The manager is rude and talks to you like you are inferior. Got some of the worst experiences ever dealing with the government agencies.
The Mailcarrer that does my street is the BEST. Eric is always happy to see me and has a smile. He has been with the Post office for a long time, and has lots of experience. GOOD JOB ERIC
Clerk Yolanda was EXTREMELY helpful, I am hearing impaired and read lips. Face masks and plexiglass barriers are difficult. She really helped out and made sure I understood what we were doing. She even had flash cards! Thank you Yolanda for making my experience wonderful and easy, especially after reading the very negative reviews online prior to my visit...you're the best! Don't ever change...sl
I haven't dealt with the staff here although unfortunately it's very common that these USPS office workers are VERY RUDE and have 0 customer service!!! but the reason I am giving this location 5 stars is because you can drop off packages mail 24 hours a day unsure if doors are open on Sundays AND they have a self serve kiosk with scale that helps you weigh your packages, if it's under 15oz you can ship first class $3.64 max price and you can also get USPS labels at a discount if you purchase through PayPal website.
Get in & out pretty quickly, but some employees could work on their people skills
