If I could give this pitiful place a zero I would. Recently, the mail carrier placed my delivery in the wrong mailbox, and now it cannot be located. So someone else has my package. However, this is not the first time my packages stated delivered and I never received the delivery. I feel that the mail carriers are stealing packages. I am Not having another delivery sent to my address so it can be stolen again. This is the worst post office in Lithonia which needs to be shut down. If you don’t want your package deliveries being misplaced , stolen, and mishandled, don’t have it going to this location because they are incompetent thieves.
Continue to hold mail over a week I can see when i suppose to got it but I think they really have stolen my card. I need my card I can't eat or anything I ordered a new card September 6 it's September 19th I seen it out for delivery September 12 never got it. So my question is can i even trust the people who delivering my mail. Once before my order came up missing from Walmart like if we can't trust you to deliver the mail why are they able to collect our personal information and stash them wonder why everybody getting scammed. In between the bank tellers hospitals and mail delivery y'all need to figure out who leaking and stealing people information. Or we can just start picking up or own mail. We don't need anymore delivery mailman trucks scamming and doing fraudulent activity with our mail. Who do I call the governor Mayor like this is so ridiculously crazy. Give me my dam card
This is pathetic, it’s like a matching game….read the address on the package and match it to the address on the mailbox/house. My package said delivered and mailbox was empty like most of you! I saw my mail lady…I tracked her, she played David Copperfield on me and the crazy part is that she drove through my subdivision at 12pm put something in one mailbox and was gone. I thought to myself she probably went to lunch but nope she was gone. My package says it was delivered at 5:06pm that Saturday afternoon. I had prescriptions in my envelope, I want somebody to fill them, you and the pharmacy goin ya a$$ to jail. They really need to clean house, I’ll never get any packages mailed to my home and that is sad. Get people who really wants to work, all they doing is getting an easy check and benefits.
Mail carrier sent my package back twice! Even though there was a tracking number on it!! A person who is doing too much at its finest! No help with having it redelivered...just silence after contacting them several times!! Bad customer service and just don't care!!!!!! I don't know where my package is! I've been trying to get it since June 13th!!
Never receive my packages.I think they are stealing peoples packages. I’m going to goto the law because this is ridiculous. Too many people are having the same issue. Someone is stealing mail and I’m about to do something about this. Shut the whole place down. Pre-acceptance for months. Come on now. Items from China come in quicker than them!
Absolutely the slowest post office in this city. They have you stand in line at LEAST 45 minutes just to scan a package. The line is always long because there’s always ONLY 1 person working the deck desk. EVERY TIME
I had an issue with a package delivery that turned out to be a fiasco. The USPS worked diligently to resolve the issue. There were some employees that seemed not to care about the issue, but Cee Cee, management, The Consumer Affairs Office and the mail carrier worked hard to rectify and finally resolve the issue! THANK YOU!!!
Didn't get my package.. tracking says delivered but nothing at my address.. can not get to speak with customer service.. waited on hold for 45 minutes ONLY TO BE CONNECTED TO A SURVEY.. LOUSY AS EVER. BAD BUSINESS
Very unprofessional location, the post office should think about retraining some of their employees. I really felt that I was lied too about shipping a box. I was informed that I could pay extra for priority 2days instead of 5 days. Well it didn't work out, I went back to post office to find out what happened. I was treated badly! In so many words I was told there is no guarantee on priority, it gets there when it does That's what the clerk told me. Why offer this extra service for a fee with no guarantees.? I would have been better off paying for regular postage. Update: I was dropping off package today and this post office is still the absolute worst! Now you have to wait in the lobby to be called by the clerk.
The word for this USPS location is "pathetic"! I have never came to this location with expediting service. I have always waited 30 plus minutes for service! The line is longer than a cheater with excuses. The location is filthy! The floor is currently covered in paper, leaves, cigarette butts, etc. The trash cans are covered in spill stains, the base boards look as if they've never been cleaned. It's filthy here and that's sad. If you happen to have a bad back and you're coming to this location to have something mailed, please bring yourself a folding chair. The wait line is always not over generalizing 30 to 45 minutes long. I'm so disappointed in this USPS.
