This was a nice post office look very clean. Stop here on my way through Arkansas. Keep up the good job. When will company learn to over right whatever system they are using and allow delivery to PO Box. This office had over 7000 boxes and we all get mad because Amazon says they can't deliver to a PO Box. I don't want my package delivered to my house they come up missing.
manage to lose my package nearly every time I order something, on the rare occasion it isn't mis-sent it shows up covered in dust and usually beaten and battered. possibly the least competent post office I've had the displeasure of serving me. really disappointed in you folks
Going to pick up the mail at the Siloam Springs location and spoke to one of the managers not Maurice she was an older woman. During this time she would not hand me my mail unless she got her point across. Basically lecturing about me what I have to do on my own property. I have spoken with the city multiple times and they confirmed with me that what I am doing is not against any laws or policies. I think the post office needs to stop bulling and threatening people into what they think is convenient for them and just do their job. At this point I feel harassed by the post man that delivers the mail and the post office Manager, will be seeking legal advice.
I LOVED this post office!! So sad that I moved. I like to send hand calligraphed cards and prefer to have them hand cancelled. I also like to choose the stamp that goes on. I have always always had a good experience here. There was never a long wait and staff was always friendly and helpful!
I've been living in this city for almost 13 years and have never received my certified letters correctly. No one attempts to knock on my door, EVER. It's literally never happened. I always have to go get them at the post office where i'm told they were logged as attempts being made. Most of those logs being days i'm actually home. My mail carrier loves to leave things on the lid of my box if they don't fit in the box itself. My mailbox is located across the street from my home so I've found boxes in the street before. I've been told usually that they don't do that. It was a fluke. Factor in I've lived in this city for 13 years at the same location and have the same mail carrier for most of that time. I have had my mail delivered to other homes countless times when again, I've been in this home for over a decade. When I complain about the mail issues it's either laughed off by the person behind the counter, or i'm told it will be looked into by the supervisor. Again factor in 13 years with the same problem. They don't "look" into anything. There's countless issues. It's hit or miss if I have great experiences with my carrier. I guess that's a mood thing, however my entire neighborhood has the same issue. We're lucky to get our mail properly and consistently while our particular carrier has multiple complaints filed for years now.
I asked my friend to send me some important medication that I left in Washington, D.C. and to send it to me via Priority Mail Express 2-Day. It was supposed to be delivered in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, by 3PM today, November 25. The tracking number was EE343177269US. It was NOT delivered by 3PM, but it was either intentionally or accidentally marked as delivered at 2:39 PM. I also could not track the package because, according to the USPS Web site, "a label was printed but not entered into the system." I had to call the Siloam Springs Post Office and even though they said they were able to contact the carrier they could not tell me when it would be delivered. The medication was delivered shortly before 4PM, but now I cannot obtain a refund for the Priority Mail Express 2-Day service because, as I said, the package was marked as delivered at 2:39PM. Consequently, I cannot obtain a refund because, according to the Post Office system, it was delivered "on time" when in reality it was not. I believe this constitutes mail fraud on the part of USPS itself.
The people working here are always quick, friendly, and helpful!
Lost my package. Says was put in box. Told me probably stolen. Never had an issue with theft here. HAVE HAD TONS OF ISSUES WITH WRONG MAIL PUT IN MY BOX. PROBABLY WHAT HAPPENED TO MY PACKAGE. GPS IS MESSED UP ON MY ROAD. NO HELP FROM THEM TO FIND IT. IM OUT $114.00
Worst Post Office I have ever seen. Bonnie has the mistaken impression that she is somehow proficient at her job.
Not sure what all these poor reviews are about. This is one of the friendliest postal service locations I've dealt with. Great staff.
