On 9/10/23 driver 6930683 threatened to run over and kill me and my pregnant friend while we rode out bikes down a neighborhood street se C st in a school zone Thaden school in a neighborhood in which I am a homeowner. The drive honked and sped around us nearly hitting us, on and empty street. When we confronted him, his stop just up the street, he threatened us saying if he were to hit us we would die. This man should not be paid by the City of Bentonville to drive on our streets. Plenty of children ride their bike to Thaden school on that very same street, his behavior is unacceptable and dangerous.
I ordered a vintage book through Thrift books and I live in an apartment. The package is green plastic that says "thriftbooks" all over it. You guys FOLDED my paperback in half to stuff it into my tiny mailbox instead of using the package delivery box and key system like you are supposed to. This is beyond idiotic and lazy, this is deliberately malicious. Haven't opened my package yet. I waited months for this book to become available because it's out of print. Learn to do your freaking jobs and respect people's property.
I went to drop of a return package without taping the package hoping the post office will tape it for me. This old man who works here did not take my package saying I need to tape it myself and did not even let me use the clear tape next to him saying third class mails aren't worth our tape and he would have let me use it if it was a first class or priority mail. And made me buy a mailing tape from them and while I was taping my package, he said, you pack it yourself, that is not my job. For the very first time, I understood the difference between UPS and USPS. Who even discriminates customers based on mail class?
My all time favorite Post Office! Compared to other places I have lived, this one does very well. Everyone has been nice and friendly.
We went for a passport appointment for our new born Katheryn was so pleasant n welcoming. I forgot my photo ID at home so my husband had to get it she had waited patiently .she was so helpful n nice with every single customer in the line.

Where do I start? I look forward to coming in the post office. Every single time I go in there I feel like they know who I am. I love the options of stamps that I get to choose from and the team up front helping are my kind of people. They have a great selection of “hallmark” cards to choose from as well. Way to go guys.
I did a a change of address a month and a half ago. I have made four trips into this post office because I am still not getting my mail. The last time I went in they said it went into effect. This week, still no mail. I go back today and they said all of my mail has been returned to the sender and I have to fill out another change of address! Ridiculous!!
The front desk folks at this post office are the best I’ve ever encountered. I wish they would train the employees at the Lowell branch. We drive out of our way to use this branch. Thanks for being awesome.
Calling about a “problem occurred” package that was sent back to their facility that is MINE to see if I can just pick it up! These people are literally answering my phone call, and laying the phone down. I’m speaking and hear my echo. This is rude and very unprofessional.
