Always friendly and personal at the service counter when mailing packages and buying stamps. Very helpful and friendly while answering questions about service or products. Line still moves at a good pace too. I appreciate their service ethic. Thank you!
Saturday morning December 17, Christmas rush at 11:00 AM. Line coming out the door. There are 4 slot available for clerks but only one was open. Reason for 3 vacant positions, LUNCH TIME. True Moto of USPS, YOU NEED US MORE THAN WE NEED YOU
Really friendly help me with my lost package thank you
I want to thank my mail carrier very much for his thoughtfulness and for checking to make sure I was okay. I hadn't been out of the house for several days. Thank you again for the great service to the carrier on North 6th Street in Oakdale California.
The worst USPS store in the area. The employees really are typical government union workers and could care less about you and your package. If you want to see why the post office is beyond bankrupt with billions lost each year, have a visit to this location and ask them for something simple like reprinting a torn prepaid label. Good luck.
I put one star because the employees behind the counter are generally pleasant and helpful. The delivery service, on the other hand, is HORRIBLE... When it exists. It is becoming the norm to see that, although we are here WAITING FOR OUR PACKAGES, the tracking information will state "business closed" and that a notice was left. When in reality, the business was NOT closed and -of course- NO NOTICE was left anywhere. This is getting ridiculous! When customers are waiting on us because we are waiting for the Postal Carrier, who may or may not show up.
I went to mail my package for the holidays. Post office employee, said that it needed more packaging tape. And they would not provide, although they 'always had in the past.' I would have had to buy the tape that they had on display, but instead of paying 3.95 for just a strip of tape. I went back home on a holiday weekend to get some of my own tape that they wouldn't provide, and instead mailed it through Pakmail. Poor customer service here at the post office.
Please let me rate lower! They lost my glasses i bought online and now have to wait for online retailer to re make my glasses and re send them.. You guys pay your delivery people over 15 an hour. Losing packages should not be acceptable.
The most unprofessional clerks I've ever seen! Today I watched as the woman behind the counter refuse to explain why a $50 dollar fee was being charged so he could get his mail from a locked box, and that his mail was going to be withheld for possibly more than a week?!?!? Of course the man was extremely upset as I would be, he was more vocal than I would have chosen to be myself but this woman told him that she can refuse him service and that it is a private business and just stood there and stared at him......then another woman came in and it got even worse, I was expecting the manager to come out and smooth everything over....did not happen, what bothers me is that it is their job to serve the public and be informed about the policies set forth and why, I would have been upset too to find that after I have moved I will be charged 50 dollars too just to get my mail key and that I wouldnt get any mail for a week or more because they hire a locksmith who will do the job at his leisure, thats what the woman said the to the man, and he doesnt get to keep the lock either after he has paid for it to be installed, what happened to mail boxes??
It has been raining all day today and hasn’t stopped. I live on Eucalyptus and the mail carrier didn’t close my mail box so my mail got soaked and is soggy. I’m glad what came in wasn’t highly important but I am upset that what I ordered is all stuck together probably will not work without improvising.
