The staff at my local Post Office are always so friendly. I was in a couple days ago, I was in and out within 5 mins to send a package and cards to family members. My only complaint is the clerk tried to over charge me for a regular size envelope.
Ive put in 4 change of addresses to get my mail and still have not received a barcode to confirm it and its been 2 months since ive moved here. Ive had little to no help. Told that they cant do anything. I had to go above them to get any support
I find the Staff at this location to be very cooperative, precise, and mannerly. I have an extremely high IQ, and I view their ability to exchange with me very good, to even better. Larry
They continuously have a reason why they can’t deliver my packages. Or they get delivered to the wrong address. I’m ever had an issue with my old carrier there must have been a change. Today I went in to see they are able to put them over my gate which I got because the new delivery driver complained about my dogs, whom are all extremely sweet, and the manager had to be the rudest person I’ve ever encountered then got upset when I pushed back about his rude attitude. He tried to tell me how the layout of my drive way was, excuse me but I own the home I think I know what my driveway looks like. Most of the other staff members are very pleasant the only issue I’ve ever had was with the manager. I highly encourage anyone else that has an issue with the manager to escalate it. Someone like that should not be a manager is is completely unprofessional.
I have no idea how the service has gotten so bad. My packages are ALWAYS left in the rain, 10ft from the porch. Sometimes even left in the middle of the driveway when there is no reason they can't bring it to the door. Come on guys, look at your driver's or something. I've had TV's, game consoles, cllothes, phones, tons of things ruined just because of pure laziness. Now I've got 3 different times in a row my stuff is not deliverable.
Constantly have problems. Mail doesn’t arrive. Or I get a call from neighbors to pick up. I get my neighbors mail often too. Packages shoved into mail box with no care. No desire to deliver packages that can’t fit in box always given a slip. Majority of the staff are rude a few nice people do work there. Currently out over $80 in shipping fees for packages that never arrived or were returned no reason on box. Plus the cost of the products inside which is over $200. Won’t refund my money, won’t cover the insurance. Having to escalate to consumer affairs and my credit card company. Finally after 7 years of poor service, I’ve decided never to ship with them again. They are a few dollars cheaper to ship, but once you lose a few hundred dollars doesn’t make sense!!
Postmaster Chad refused to give me a usps fourm 1528 for my disabled client. Instead he verbally told me that getting picking up my clients mail was my job I'm a care giver, and that certainly is NOT my job and that was his reason for a denial of a hardship delivery service request. Amazing what little power can go to somebody's head. And Phil is like his little henchman, always rude.
10/10 times they won’t deliver packages cause they claim my dogs are out. Even tho there in a secure locked pin. Every time I go in it’s a new excuse as to why they can deliver. This Last package got marked at 6am, way before any normal delivery time, that they attempted a delivery when the package never left the office. I Have to have the laziest mail currier out there. Neighboring properties have the exact same issue. Post master won’t do a dam thing about it. Never had theses issue when I lived in Lebanon.
Came in at 4 :50 pm today 7/21 and forgot my wallette. I told cashier Phil I would be right back I made it back and inside by 456pm exactly after telling Phil I would be right back as i raced off to rettieve my wallett from home but this guy closed early knowing i was omw back. 2nd issue , another time with Phil, Phil told me I had to drive back to corvallis when i live in sweethome all bc i paid for a label out a kiosk in corvalis but wanted to mail it from sweethome and phil told me no take it to corvallis or buy new postage LMAO phildid you not know about the internet . This was incorrect and Phil had to of known as the postal workers in corvalis told me PHILE KNOWS BETTER!!! Phil mad me do a 1.and half hour drive basically. Bc he refused to let me send it off from sweethome where i live
I have never had such a horrible experience in my life, the manager was absolutely unprofessional and rude from the beginning. Interrupting me, raising his voice and then threatening to "physically remove me himself" because I said a swear word in a sentence. Apparently a woman swearing hurt his delicate sense abilities so much that he felt threatened to want to become physical with me. This man seriously has no business being a manager anywhere, if he can't treat customers with EQUAL respect, well then he shouldn't be in a position of authority.
