I didn’t realize all the services they offer inside. Before I went all the way to Bloomfield. The drive up drop off collection mailbox in the parking lot is very convenient when I’m in a hurry, you don’t even have to get out of your car.
Always issues with this place. They have had my package for almost two weeks. Then i find out today that it's back in Illinois. Good thing I was charged $15 for shipping and won't even have my package for a month. If I could choose to never let my mail go here, I would. ZERO out of 5 stars.
An employee named Brittany is completely unprofessional, gives false information and does her job in a proper way. On my request to accept the complaint, she simply turned around and said she could not help in any way and left. disgusting unpleasant person….
If your items ever gets mailed here, just know, you will never see it avoid this postal office at all costs I promise you it isn’t worth it
The workers are rude, don't really help you when you ask questions about the packages you're sending, stay away from this place
I went to get my passport done and the people there were nice enough but my god there was zero urgency. There weren’t even that many people there. Service was slow slow so make sure you have time if you need something done
The worst of the worst! Super rude for no reason. Don’t get passport done here! Horrible pictures and passport will get denied. Everything is a rush here!
The mail carrier is horrible! She doesn’t pay attention to where the mail is going. My neighbors has received my mail too many times to count. Horrible horrible service. Now my w2s has been delivered to the wrong house and I’m not sure if that person is going to return my mail or throw it out. Pontiac postal office is the worst and I wish they didn’t have to deliver my mail ever again. They act like they’re slow. They all need to find different jobs if they can’t do theirs right!
If I could give them 0 stars I would! The post man/woman don't know how to count, I get my neighbors mail all the time and the addresses don't have the same numbers. Get it together people or find another profession!
Packages and mail keep going missing at this location. There needs to be an investigation done at this location because I know I am not the only one that keeps having this happen to. I am trying to run an online business and this is unacceptable. I pay for tracking and when it does show sometimes it doesn't even show until it's out for delivery or at all pontiac is where it gets stuck at and never updates.
