If I could give you a lower review I would. I received an invoice for services dated for 9/30/2022. Processed thru Metro Plex MI 480 on October 13th and processed thru Metro Plex MI 480 again on October 26th. I just got it in the mail today October 29th, 2022. Worst part is the invoice was from a business that is less than a mile from my house. To think we wonder why postage is so freaking expensive!! I wish I could attach the picture but if someone actually reads these reviews I kept the envelope for proof and a picture of it on my phone...
M59 to woodland ave and turn right perry st then left joslyn and left at Montcalm rd and pass pass glenwood rd and usps start on your right and enter right next light and then again right for mail delivery ..weight restrictions on glenwood 6 tons and Saginaw st also 6 ton .. employees nice .. restroom provided.. clean place .. lot of room for backing at docks .. check in at dock 5 .. done in 2 hours .. expect some time ..
I have never had trouble with my packages going through this center. They've always processed my mail extremely fast and usually leaves the center a day once it's arrived.
Received a mysterious mail with a card showing two yellow letters of my initials. Not sure what type of crazy people are there

If I could give a 0 rating I would. I live in NW OHIO and for some reason all our mail gets sent here. I’ve been waiting on packages with no movement for a month now. I also paid $8 to send a 7oz package PRIORITY MAIL to SC. Normally it would take 3 days, it was just delivered after 2 weeks and of course that included a multiple days stay at this facility which is not even in the direction the package should be going. Should have went south, not north! Send our mail back to Toledo or even Cleveland or Columbus for that matter, because your system definitely needs re-evaluated and or new management.
Anything that gets to this facility stays there. I have not had one package actually make its way to me. They either report damage or disappear entirely.
Don’t rate at all really. Worst customer service ever. I encourage everyone to stop using usps. There are other and way better shipping options out there. USPS used to have a motto but can tell they don’t work by it anymore.

If I could give them no stars I would!! My passport was mailed and now has been going back & forth between Pontiac and West Bloomfield, we don’t even live anywhere close to there. I need it for work ASAP! I have been trying to get in touch with someone, anyone! I’ve left messages & emails and have not heard anything back. No one knows where it is and the delivery date is unknown. Seriously this is a government facility handling my government issued passport and this is how you function?!?! Unacceptable!!

Stan Walls I have had so many package delivery problems whenever they "pass thru" the Pontiac/Detroit Distribution Centers that it's time to push for privatized mail delivery. Unbelievable incompetence. Rename these places "Mail Mortuaries"
