Great experience having insulation installed in our attic. We used to have cold nights and warm days with our HVAC system running all the time. I never realized how much of a difference it would make getting our attic insulation redone. I highly recommend their air-seal attic insulation package!

Universal came out and gave me a free inspection. They took their time and found where the rats were getting inside my attic. They sealed it up with their attic guard, came out and custom bent the flashing to cover the builders gap and openings. Sanitized my attic and put in new insulation, my attic now smells great. Thank you Insulation Doctor.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We were faced with a pretty tragic emergency situation over the holiday weekend and didn't even know if they could help us. Andrea, the office manager, was incredibly kind and reassuring and said that if they couldn't help us, they would help us find someone who could. She reached out to Josh, who responded almost instantly and he assessed the situation and said they would absolutely try to help us. The team showed up exactly when they said they would and were incredibly professional, got the job done and made our horrifying catastrophe manageable. They were AMAZING. Again, I cannot say enough good about this company. I will recommend them to anyone with insulation needs. Its not just about the service they provided, which was nothing short of spectacular, but the care and reassurance they gave us in what was easily the most devastating house disaster we've ever gone through. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you guys again so much!

I had attic insulation installed by Universal. Josh came out and gave me a quote he was not pushy and very pleasant. The ladies in the office made scheduling very easy! Technicians were on time. Very professional company my husband and I are very pleased and will be recommending them to our friends.

Called and scheduled an estimate, ended up having a "no call, no show". Called back and the receptionist who was noticeably caught off-guard kept me on hold for a few minutes then attempted to transfer me to another number. No answer, left a message, no returned phone call. Probably a descent company, I just don't have time to be left hanging in the wind. I went with another local company.  Two stars for the attempt by the receptionist.

Rats ruined my attic. The Insulation Doctor came and removed and replaced my insulation, sanitized it, and sealed all of the holes. Happy with the service!

Showed up on time and was very informative of my attic situation
